Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom 3.5 bath Huntington Beach retreat securely protected behind the gates and monitored 24hrs / day. Step into this recently remodeled townhome featuring 2 king beds and 1 full bed. Enjoy the marvelous jetted bathtub and rainfall shower in 2 of the bathrooms. Experience the magic of Huntington Beach and the amazing walkability to ocean, shopping, dining and more at our townhome. Community Pool with 2 barbecue grills and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the day or walk 1 block and be at the beach... we know its a tough life and tough choice. 2-3 blocks away is Pacific City Mall with restaurants, nightlife, numerous shops and coffee and acia selections. Less than 1 mile from the Huntington Beach Pier and Main street with more shopping and bars and things to do both day and night. Truly a destination you wont want to leave and the entire home has been recently remodeled and ready to enjoy. Also 3 beach cruiser bikes available for use. So many choices and so little time. Your stay here will have seem to come and gone, way too fast.

Currently live in Colorado and use this place as often as we can. The peace of mind of a gated community with 24hr monitoring give the security you want without compromising on the convenience of the location. Also a 2 car garage we use for bikes and 1 car when in town means never having to worry about finding a place to park or paying either. While we are away we decided to use it as a vacation / monthly rental, for others to enjoy. We cannot rent less than 31 days due to current laws in place that restrict a STR (any rental less than 31 days). Soon we will most likely call this place home but for the next few years you will have a chance to enjoy this fantastic gem.

This home is the closest to the beach location available yet still safe and secure behind the gates. No riff raff and problems like occur in downtown/main street area, of HB and the grounds are impeccably kept. Rows of palm trees line the drive in and out as well as the community pool and hot tub. Across the street is a Walmart and in that mall are restaurants, bars, and Starbucks. Right behind the Hyatt and 1 block away from the sand, waves and beachlife.

End of the community location that backs to open space so you have beautiful views instead of a view of the next building. Outdoor Firepit overlooks the open space as well as indoor fireplace in great room make this a home you wont want to leave
