The Oasis is located in a residential, safe, and tranquil neighborhood in Downtown Huntington Beach. Enter with your key-code through your own private entrance and enjoy the comfort of your own private bedroom, vaulted ceilings, and plush king-size memory foam bed. Your 400 sq. ft. room is equipped with standard hotel-like appliances: Frigidaire mini fridge/freezer combo, GE microwave and Keurig coffee machine, blow dryer and iron. Dine or work at the breakfast nook and relax on the Crate and Barrel Axis loveseat sofa to catch up on your favorite show on a brand new 4k Samsung 43-inch TV equipped with YouTubeTV streaming Service. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
Treat yourself to this fully furnished/freshly renovated (April 2023) 5-star private bathroom (tub/shower) and guest vanity decorated with the Kohlerâs finest finishes. New floors, doors (closet/bedroom/bathroom/handrail) May 2025. The room is bright with 6 functional windows to let the ocean breeze flow through the room. Please note *THIS UNIT IS ON THE 2nd FLOOR* located above the garage and requires you to go up 1 flight of stairs. The room also has a full-size closet with sliding mirrored closet doors.
Beach towels, 2- Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs (with coolers), beach umbrella are provided for your memorable day at the beach. Be sure to rinse off with the provided hose near the entrance gate.

Born/raised in Michigan, moved to Colorado after college where I started my career. After 15 years in CO, corporate America move me to Southern California in 2017 and I chose Huntington Beach.
After renting for 4 years, I fell in love with the people, community, local events, and beach lifestyle. In 2021, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase this house.
The house, built in 1988 had not had much attention since then. Learning new DIY skills and remodeling has now become a hobby, and also help my family/friends with their projects as well.
I enjoy being a host to provide an option to those that donât require a hotel/resort with resort fees and parking that can add up to over $100/night
When I am not doing my corporate responsibilities, I almost always have a project going on at the house. I also enjoy staying active, the beach, sports, music, traveling, good food/drinks, golf, and new experiences.
Whether you stay for a few nights or longer, I hope you get a chance to interact with the community and fall in love with the area as much as I have.

Some would argue that this location is in one of the most the highly desired areas in all of downtown. Close enough to the action but far enough for peaceful/safe living.
Two locally owned coffee shops/cafes within 1- block (interested to know which one you like better), park within 2 blocks, and 4 blocks to the beach. Main Street (5 blocks) plenty more dining options and shops and 10 blocks to Pacific City shopping district (higher end) options.
