Guests will have nearly full access to the property. Backyard, Patio, Main floor of the house and Top floor of the house. There is also parking below the house off the alleyway for 1-car. Guests will not have access to the crawl space/basement.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, per city ordinance. Noise complaints will result in immediate action. You will be asked to leave without refund after the first warning.
