From the moment you arrive, the setting feels calm and comfortable, with space to spread out, warm places to gather, and Tahoe’s seasonal beauty just outside the door.

The living spaces
The home is arranged across multiple levels, creating natural separation between shared spaces and sleeping areas. The main living area sits upstairs, where you’ll find a spacious great room with an indoor fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large TV that anchors cozy evenings indoors. A dedicated game and puzzle table adds a relaxed, unplugged option after a day outside. Just off the great room, a front deck offers a peek-of-the-lake view, along with outdoor furniture and a propane fire table that’s well suited for chilly afternoons spent bundled up with a warm drink.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and opens directly to the dining area, making it easy to gather everyone around the table. There’s seating for eight at the dining table, with additional seating at the island, so meals, board games, and long conversations can all happen in one shared space. Heated kitchen floors add extra comfort during colder months.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to eight guests across thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces.

Outdoor areas and garage
Two decks provide outdoor access, though winter conditions may limit use depending on weather. A Weber gas grill is available seasonally and is not provided from November through Memorial Day. The garage offers room for parking and doubles as a fun indoor hangout, featuring games and a TV, making it an easy spot to spend time when snow is falling. Free parking on premises is available, with a total of four spaces.

Amenities and extras
You’ll have access to Wifi, dedicated workspaces, an EV charger, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Seasonal access to the Lake Tahoe Park HOA beach is included, offering additional amenities during warmer months.

Important notes
Pets are prohibited. Quiet hours, parking limits, and local short-term rental rules are strictly enforced, and winter driving conditions may require chains or snow tires.

The location provides easy access to nearby trailheads and winter recreation areas, with Palisades Tahoe, Homewood Mountain Resort, and the Tahoe Nordic Center all within convenient driving distance.
