Ce demi-plex avec vue sur le lac Tahoe est un excellent choix pour vos vacances Ă  Tahoe ou une retraite relaxante.

Entrez dans la maison au troisiÚme étage et laissez-vous charmer par la grande piÚce récemment rénovée. Profitez de hauts plafonds voûtés et de beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle, d'un mobilier moderne, d'une cuisine personnalisée haut de gamme et de la magnifique vue panoramique sur le lac Tahoe depuis le balcon principal.

Le deuxiÚme étage offre trois chambres. La suite parentale inspire avec un lit king size, une vanité double et un wc séparé avec un combo baignoire / douche. Les 2e et 3e chambres sont aménagées avec des lits queen et partagent une salle de bain complÚte également avec un combo baignoire / douche. Une laveuse / sécheuse empilable pleine grandeur est commodément nichée dans une alcÎve dans le bain partagé.

La suite parentale et la 2Ăšme chambre ont une vue imprenable sur le lac.

Le troisiÚme étage (rez-de-chaussée) est parfait pour les enfants! Idéalement aménagé avec un lit superposé double, un lit gigogne double et une table de billard (peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 enfants).

Profitez des avantages du Tahoe Park HOA pendant les mois d'été avec un accÚs à la plage privée et des équipements tels que le volley-ball, le basket-ball, une aire de jeux et des barbecues sur les rives du lac Tahoe! Les enfants profitent d'une palpitante colline de traßneau à quelques pas de la maison.

Beautiful duplex which is nicely upgraded. Ran into issues with the smoke alarms but the management team at Tahoe Mt Properties were highly professional and accommodating in their handling of the situation.

Gorgeous view

The place was spacious, clean, and well equipped. View of Lake Tahoe from the deck was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful too. Would love to visit again.

Great place in Tahoe city

This is the perfect place to stay if you want an incredible view and a peaceful getaway. We loved tahoe city and how it was more away from the big crowds but still had so many great restaurants close and beautiful scenery. Loved it!

Great stay with great views

Great house with great views of the lake! It does get very hot in the summer, and like most Tahoe homes there is not central AC. The only downside with this home was that many of the windows open up at the bottom rather then from the top, which made us concerned about our dogs staying with us.

Great View in Tahoe

Lovely property in Tahoe. Very safe location with a view of the lake. The property was exactly as advertised. The highlight of the property was the barbecues on the balcony and pool in the games room.

Great Property!!

This property had everything you could possibly need and more! Surrounded by mountains and a clear view of Lake Tahoe. Every evening we would sit outside and view the sunset until all the stars came out at night. Beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels etc. we absolutely loved our stay! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were, absolutely would recommend!

We found the property to be just as described. It was clean and comfortable with pretty views of the lake and a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed using the private beach. Our only complaint was a missing screen in a living area window that would have provided a better cross breeze.

Great property

Very nice property in a great location in Tahoe City that provided easy access to everything we needed. The view of the lake from the deck was fantastic. Said view would be improved by adding an umbrella and updated patio furniture. Due to the eastern exposure the sun can blast the patio beginning at 6:30 am in the summer

Exactly as promised!

We rented both Clearview 1 and 2 for a family vacation in July 2016. We had a total of 12 adults and 4 teens - plenty of hangout space, the kitchen in Clearview 2 was nicely renovated and the room on the bottom floor was perfect for teens with the bunk beds and pool table. We had an amazing view of the lake and took full advantage of the patios and magnificent view. We rented both houses together - in general Clearview 2 has a more open layout in the living room so we gathered there more. Also, the bedrooms in #2 are larger since they do not have a patio/deck. Lastly, the bottom floor bedroom does not have it's own bathroom like in Clearview #1 so the kids have to share with the 2nd floor bedrooms. We were extremely happy with these rentals - great location, easy access to lake with a drive to the HOA park, and the homes are at the end of a cul-de-sace so super private and no issues with several cars parking. I'm recommending for all families, but be aware that the home has lots of stairs between 3 levels - take into consideration if you have tiny mobile babies or elderly with mobility issues. One more tip for Texans and other visitors: pack a jacket! It's cold in the morning/evening! We are hot in Texas and didn't realize how chilly it gets here - even in July!

Amazing place! Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful home near Tahoe City. The views are unparalleled. We could see the entire lake from most of the rooms in the house and it was just gorgeous. Access to the lakeside beach and club space was very special. We grilled out and enjoyed bocce. The home is centrally located to just about anything you'd like to do in Tahoe. The home itself is very well cared for and well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable. We appreciated all the little cozy spots to sit in the bedrooms when we had work to do. I just can't say enough good things about this home and hope to return to it again in the future.

Home in the pines with gorgeous lake views

Our family of six stayed here for a week. The location was wonderful as we love Tahoe City and the Sunnyside area. The house itself has everything you need for eating in. The furniture is comfortable, the beauty of the views from the deck can’t be overstated and it was a great base for our group. A couple things that might be helpful to know are the living area is on the top floor. The bedrooms are down a level and the pool room with trundle beds is the level below the bedrooms. The first morning we had several people trying to sleep in and they couldn’t due to the early risers moving around upstairs and construction on the adjoining unit. Construction is probably a short term issue but if you have people in your group looking to nap or sleep early, make sure the rest of your group will be mindful. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous View & Great Kitchen

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the view and the great kitchen as we cooked through the Thanksgiving holiday. The halfplex was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed from pots and pans to soaps and cleaning supplies. The location is nice and quiet but also close to the Paige Meadows trailhead - a perfect spot to work off the Thanksgiving meal!

Wonderful Property!

Clean, spacious home that absorbs people better than pictures indicate. Smoke kept us from enjoying the view but the location is great as having access to the HOA is really valuable. Highly recommend for one (or even two) families to share.

Extended weekend getaway

We wanted to stay in Tahoe for the weekend to escape the heat in Sacramento. The house had great views and was well furnished. It was one of the hottest weekends in Tahoe so bringing fans was important to keep cool as most houses do not have AC. We all enjoyed playing pool as well. The management company, Tahoe Mountain Properties, were awesome. We had a couple issues (both of which turned out to be working but I wasn't sure how to do it) and they were very responsive and sent someone out within a couple of hours to help. I would stay again.
