We came in to attend a basketball game at Gainbridge Field House; the location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was lovely and a great home away from home. The included parking was such a bonus!! Robin left us some snacks. I will stay there again!!!

Robin was an excellent host. The property was in great shape and in a perfect location. The covered parking was a huge benefit since we were there for snowmageddon 2026. We ended up having to stay an extra night because of the snow and Robin was very accommodating.

This was a perfect spot, cemtrally located where I could walk to lots of restaurant options, and venues where I had meetings. Ride share pick up was always easy in front of the building as well. Apartment is well appointed, cute and so comfortable! I felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Loved my stay!

Excellent location. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy. Only downside is that you have to find street parking in order to unload luggage and retrieve parking garage key. But the upside is covered parking IS included and once you park, you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Building was quiet, apartment was comfortable (extra large towels and nightlights!) and the welcome snacks were thoughtful.

We are so happy we found this little gem! The home was clean, neat, not cluttered. We loved that the building is secured, a passcode or keycard required to enter. The location was perfect and what a bonus to have free parking downtown!! The host, Robin was a pleasure to communicate with and was very attentive, wanting to know if she could do anything to make our stay better. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This location was perfect! We were celebrating our anniversary and going to Yuletide. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The only negative thing I have to say is that the host had 3 glade plug-ins going & it caused an all but immediate headache. I know not everyone is into natural ways of improving the smell of their space but this could be something to consider moving forward! Overall a great experience!

Quick walk to where we were going for event at Hilbert Circle Theater. Clean accommodations and comfy bed. Free parking is great but a little bit of a hike if you are carrying luggage from your parked car to the apt. Great communication with host and would stay here again the next time we are in town!

Fantastic downtown location and couldn’t have asked for a better unit! Kind of a hassle having to get the parking garage pass from the unit before you park, and having to take it back to the unit after you leave the parking garage. Would like to see a better procedure here, but overall a great place!

Wonderful stay! Clean, easy to access, friendly neighbors, everything worked as it should. The property is close to so much. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Our Host was great too they checked on us a few times to ensure everything was satisfactory. If you are in Indy for an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse this unit is perfect!
