This is a ridiculous and dishonest review! First, you arrived with 3 guests even though you booked for 2. Second, you arrived on the 27th even though your booking details on my end was 29th, and I sent you screenshots of your booking confirmation. You later confirmed that it must have been a mistake on the part of VRBO. Even though I didn't have to, I went out of my way to find a solution for you so you weren't stranded. Also, I checked you in one day earlier than your booking booking date FOR FREE. Now you're here claiming that I didn't let you check in on your dates when you KNOW very well that this was not the case. You and your travel companions smoked inside the house, had a loud party that went way into the night to the point of inconveniencing the neighbours and they complained, you damaged several things inside the house, including a night lamp, an AC, and a water heater, left the place in a complete mess with so much garbage, and you come on here to write this ridiculous review? The power and internet issues that you encountered were absolutely outside of my control and you KNOW that as well because there was a general issue where my staff had to go the ECG office and waited for more than 5 hours to resolve it, which we communicated consistently to you about and sent you pictures and videos as proof. It was a general issue that affected everyone during the festive seasons, a common issue in Ghana that your Ghanaian travel companions know about. Internet connectivity is also outside of my control; I do not own a satelite that can miraculously give you internet when the connection is generally down. You also conveniently forgot to mention the fact that you asked me for a refund for internet, claiming that your travel companion had access to faster internet that you could purchase, which I again accommodated and GAVE YOU MONEY for! As for the claim of cockroaches - it is absolutely ridiculous! You're literally the only guest to have complained about that - this is probably because of all the garbage you left inside the house! Next time you review a place, at least make sure you write what ACTUALLY happened!
