Welcome to your cozy Black Hills retreat! This charming 500 sq ft 1-bedroom tiny house is packed with personality and mountain-town charm. Nestled in the heart of Lead, it features off-street parking (a rare win here), a full kitchen, washer/dryer, private deck with grill, and a comfy living area with streaming TV. Dog-friendly and close to downtown Lead, Deadwood, and the Mickelson Trail â itâs the perfect base for adventure or relaxation.
THE SPACE:
-One cozy bedroom with fresh linens and rustic styling
-Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge, and island seating
-Washer and dryer in-unit â perfect for long stays or muddy hikes
-Private deck with grill, dining area, and mountain views
-High-speed WiFi and streaming TV
-Modern bathroom with vessel sink and full-size shower
-Dog-friendly (with approval) and a fenced yard for peace of mind

This home is located on a hillside in Lead, which means beautiful views â and a few stairs. Guests should be comfortable with some elevation and outdoor steps.
The house is a 500 sq ft tiny home with efficient use of space. Cozy and comfortable, but not oversized.
Off-street parking is available and a rare perk in this part of Lead â especially helpful during busy summer weekends or winter storms.
Thereâs a private deck and yard, ideal for grilling, sipping coffee, or stargazing.
Youâre just a short drive to Deadwood, Terry Peak, and Spearfish Canyon. The Mickelson Trail is nearby for hiking, biking, and scenic walks.
Dog-friendly with pre-approval! Please read the house rules regarding pets before booking.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge plus the cost to have the house remediated by a professional cleaning company.
Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.
Other
The space you are booking is good for 2 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to be having/had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs, intoxicated, or acting in a manner that is dangerous to others or the property of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
