Gorgeous space with an amazing view of downtown. Ample kitchen space and tools for cooking a meal. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Loved the coziness of the living area. Easy check in process too with clear instructions and no issues entering the property or garage. Will definitely consider staying here again!

The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code. Cleanliness and disrepair are top categories that were lacking. Corners of rooms had dust, hair and leftover cleaner fluid. Primary bathroom provided no hand soap in the container at the sink, but instead it was located in the container marked "conditioner" in the shower- figured this out after putting it in my hair. A used eye contact was stuck to the wall 2 feet above the garbage in bathroom.Ground coffee and coffee pot filters provided, but no regular coffee pot. A knock-off brand Keurig did not accept the coffee pod size that we had brought. Stove drawer askew, microwave cover fell off several times. Bedside lamps were ineffective, one of them didn't work at all. Two remote controls provided for three TVs, but only one of them worked. No kitchen towels/washrags. Broken window shade chain and 5 large divots in the drywall under the TV where the hanging shelf is seen in the thumbnail photo. Fridge froze our veggies and drinks. Very wobbly dining room chairs.Great view of the city and excellent location. Delicious chicken at Mother Cluckers and coffee at Top of the Muffin just two blocks away.
