We always stay here when we stay in the cities, Nice, Quiet place with Downtown being at most a 10-20 minute drive while maintaining a quieter neighborhood we couldn’t ask for a better place. The host is also very quick at answering and very helpful!

The host was very responsive and addressed our needs promptly. It is a very convenient location for us. I was glad to have a fenced back yard and private parking in the back. We got to enjoy our stay without any worries.

This place was perfect for our short trip. The host was very responsive and the place was as described. We work with several dog rescue groups and assist with transport and I believe we have found the perfect place for future stays.

The amenities and location was great. Parking was no issue and the host is very responsive to any issues that arrive. The issue I had was that the internet dropped off significantly when you close the bedroom door but in the kitchen and living room areas it work without any issue

This was our second stay at this property, it's excellent on so many levels. The property is very well maintained, super clean and well appointed. We love the local, as we can walk to the grocery store, liquor store and Pizza place! We'll be back!

Comfortable, clean, pleasant and close to everything we wanted to visit. Bedding needs updating with cotton or linen sheets. Microfiber is not luxurious and isn't pleasant or breathable. Pillows were very flat and need replacing. I'd recommend bringing a sound machine to block out the noise from the shared parts of the property. Lots of noise as the neighbors come and go at night.

The host welcomed us and encouraged us to message if we had any questions or concerns. The directions for check in were easy and worked smoothly. We appreciated the parking in the back of the property that looked secure and provided plenty of room to park and unload our things. It was a perfect place for us to stay and have our adult daughter visit and cook and dine with us. Everything was clean and the furnishings were nice.

We had a great stay. We could walk to the falls and we're right by bike trails. The backyard is fenced in and was great for traveling with our small dog. We go to Minneapolis regularly and will stay there again.

Very limit set of dishes in the kitchen. Nice yard for our dog but always worried that the unit that shared the yard would let their dog out at the same time. The airport noise in the morning is very prominent.

Great stay

This is the second time we have been guests of Andrew. It is a perfect location for us as it is just three blocks from our daughter’s home. It is wonderful to come visit and feel like we are part of the neighborhood. The house is clean, quiet and safe. We had a great time playing trivia at Venn Brewing, walking to coffee places. A really great stay!!

Great place, great location

Our stay was great. The host was very responsive, it was clean and had everything we needed. All instructions were very clear and simple. The property location couldn't be beat - we spent a lot of time walking to and around Minnehaha Falls and really enjoyed the area. Venn Brewing was a great pitstop! We would definitely stay. here again.

Best experience i have ever had

This place is SPOTLESS. You could smell how clean it was when we entered. Everything is modern, bed is comfortable, water pressure excellent, neighborhood is perfectly located for walking to the falls and they even included doggie treats and bags, even though we didn’t have a dog. This host thinks of the little details and it was appreciated! 100000% will return!
