Un nouvel appartement loft luxueux d'une chambre - 3 minutes Ă  pied du centre commercial Greenbelt

Luxueux appartement loft d'une chambre entiÚrement aménagé. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée dans la mise en place de cette unité pour répondre et dépasser les attentes des clients. Cuisine complÚte avec grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, cuiseur à riz, four et hotte. Ustensiles de cuisine, dßner et verrerie de qualité complÚte.

Deux téléviseurs à écran plat 32 pouces (à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée) DVD avec systÚme de son surround home cinéma, bouquet Sky Cable Gold, Internet sans fil rapide et fiable à 5 Mbps illimité, appels locaux gratuits.

Climatiseurs de type split en haut et en bas. L'étage a une salle de bain complÚte, et le rez-de-chaussée a une salle d'eau pour les visiteurs.

La chambre comprend un grand lit confortable et ferme, un coffre-fort sécurisé pour les objets de valeur. Rideaux motorisés télécommandés et éclairage ultramoderne avec plafond suspendu.

Salon et salle à manger confortables. L'appartement comprend un espace de rangement sous les escaliers. Petit balcon avec vue imprenable sur le parc en face et les toits de la ville de Makati. Fumer n'est pas autorisé à l'intérieur, mais est autorisé sur le balcon.

Le bùtiment est neuf, avec un centre de fitness et une piscine. 711 dépanneur à cÎté de l'entrée du bùtiment. TrÚs proche de la Ceinture de verdure et en face d'un grand parc.

Nous incluons le ménage gratuit trois fois par semaine (lundi, mercredi et vendredi) des articles de toilette gratuits et de l'eau en bouteille à l'arrivée. Avec des transferts aéroport aller-retour gratuits si nécessaire.

Definite Repeat!!

We stayed at Eton Parkview for two weeks in November 2016. Nick was very organized and accommodating, and contacting him was an ease. The condo was very conveniently located for meeting our family and friends, and the close walk to Greenbelt was handy. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Throw in the cleaning service and the airport shuttle, and it's a great value. We look forward to staying there when we return next year.

Highly recommended!

The best feature of this condo is definitely the two-plan layout, which is pretty cool. I also loved the airy view from the balcony of the two parks in front of the building combined with the Makati skyline in the distance. And ofcourse the three minute walking distance to Greenbelt 1 mall with Starbucks, several eateries and a very well equipped Rustan's supermarket. Add the included airport pick up and three times a week cleaning - by a very pleasant and helpful maid, who even offered to bring and pick up my laundry at a nearby laundry service - and you have an unbeatable combination second to none. Nick, the owner, is very accessible and extremely helpful - the few matters of concern that occurred during my stay was solved litterally immidiately. I highly recommend this condo, and especially Nick as a host.

Exemplary and Affordable

Instead of paying an exorbitant price for an upscale hotel, I decided to stay @ this residence *assuming* that it wouldn't measure up to the plethora of 5 star establishments in the Makati area. I was wrong, totally wrong. It was plush, well outfitted (i.e. full sized fridge, stove/oven, aircon, 2 tvs), secure, comfortable and in close proximity to all the "cool" spots (shopping malls, clubs, restaurants, etc). Nick, who manages the place, was very responsive and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation condo to virtually anyone. Its well worth the money and then some.

Awesome Condo close to everything

Stayed in the condo for five days. Brand new, very modern and very clean. Felt like home. Wi-fi signal was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Trash pick-up everyday. Two minute walk to Greenbelt and Rustan’s supermarket. Spa and nail salon right next door. What else can I ask for? Definitely would stay again and look forward to our next booking. Thanks Nick.

Great place near Greenbelt 1

I found the unit perfect for my travels to Makati. The unit is very modern, clean and well equipted with everything you need to feel at home. Internet speed is awesome and 2 TV's upstairs in bedroom and downstairs make the unit very comfortable and easy to relax after a busy day. I would stay in the unit again and strongly encourage you to stay there as well.

Beautiful condo and very conveniently located...

I stayed in this condo for 3 weeks between June-July and had a wonderful stay. It is in a quiet area but only 2 blocks (3- minute walk) from Greenbelt1 that connects to many restaurants and malls. Close to everything including the MRT. I am a woman and was traveling alone on business, and felt safe walking back/forth from the condo to Greenbelt even around midnight since many security guards line the businesses in the area. Park across the street also had security guard. Nick (the owner) met me upon arrival at the condo and was very helpful during my entire stay. The condo is tastefully decorated. Love the neutral colors and separate circuits for lighting! Everything was clean and new, internet was fast. Beautiful view of the Makati skyline inside the condo and especially on the balcony. Front door staff was always pleasant and friendly. Maid service was very helpful particularly with the laundry! Gym was slightly small but mostly I was there by myself so I had plenty of room! Equipment was all new. The pool was closed during my entire stay due to construction but I rarely use pools anyway. Rustan’s supermarket, The Spa, Asian Institute of Management are all 2 blocks away and many many restaurants in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Will definitely stay in this condo again.

Everything you need....

I've stayed in many condos/apartments in Makati and this one is the best in my opinion. Fastest internet available in Manila, condo is brand new and equipped with everything, walkable to Greenbelt Mall and Plaza Cafe (an excellent newly opened sandwich shop), park across the street, quiet street but very close to the action, very close the the Skyway, easy to catch a taxi out front, very friendly and courteous front door staff, very safe, cleaner comes 3 times a week, and Nick (the owner) is available and very helpful and will meet you upon your arrival. I plan on staying again. Look no further!
