Each apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space, making it easy to enjoy both privacy and togetherness. Cook meals in, roast s’mores at the shared firepit, or explore downtown restaurants, shops, breweries, and wineries—all just minutes away.

⚠️ With its sloped ceilings, this bedroom is ideal for kids. Adults are also welcome, just be mindful of the lower ceiling height.

⚠️ Due to the historic home’s narrow doorway, no sleeper sofa fits in this unit. Guests with more than 2 will need to move the coffee table aside to set up the provided floor mattress.

⚠️ Safety & Accessibility Notes
--Historic steep stairs to the second-floor units
--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No pets, parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Children must be supervised at all times
--We have a monthly pest control service, but due to the home’s age/location, the occasional spider or bug may appear — this is normal in historic homes
--Guests should check for ticks after outdoor activities


⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).


🛡️ Booking Requirements
--We’re excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:
--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit hold is required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
