We accepts group or big family as long as you’re okay with the sleeping arrangements. 2 beds (King and Queen) + Double deck + sofa bed + extra futons providwd to set up in the living room for extra guests

Limited parking slots, book in advance. P300/overnight

NOTE: Government ID or Passport required upon booking for all guest for Condo admin registration/Guest pass .

Pet Policy
Welcome to our pet-friendly accommodation! We are happy to host you and your furry friends. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following pet policy:

1. **Types of Pets Allowed**: We welcome small and medium-sized dogs with 10kg below weight. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, large dogs are not permitted by condo admin. If you're unsure whether your dog falls into the accepted size category, please contact us for clarification.

2. **Number of Pets**: A maximum of one (1) pet is allowed per stay.

3. **Pet Fees**: An additional cleaning fee of P1,000 per pet will be charged to cover the extra cleaning required after your stay.

4. **Responsibility for Damages**: As a pet owner, you are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused by your pet. Charges for any damage or additional cleaning required will be billed to your account. Please inform us immediately of any accidents or damage in the property.

5. **Pet Behavior**: Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and under control at all times. Pets should not be left unattended in the property. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior by pets is not allowed.

6. **Pet Safety**: We care about your pet’s safety. Please do not leave them unattended in areas where they may escape or get injured.

7. **Leash Policy**: For the safety of your pet and others, please keep your dog on a leash in common areas.

8. **Clean-Up**: Please clean up after your pet both inside and around the property.

By bringing your pet to our property, you are agreeing to adhere to this pet policy. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
