Stay at the house

Everything was good. We were met by the caretaker when we arrived. There is alot to do in the area-which is good.

Awesome stay for a big group

Awesome big house with big bedrooms guest apartment to accommodate the family and friends. Owner allowed us to hold a milestone event for our mother and place is the perfect place. Easy access to staff who provide 110% hospitality and excellent service. Easy access to travel around the city and neighborhood.Only dislike is too much noise outside being near the road and outside is like a flea market at certain hours of everyday.Overall, this is highly recommended for big group vacationing together with planned event.

We are happy and we enjoyed our stay

First and for all the house is huge and wide area of parking lot it’s true in the website it’s a very big house and very close of everything if you need to buy food to cook with and we had privacy of our two nights stay , cuz it’s had a big gate in the front side that you can lock if you want to , there living room area we hang out most often they had Netflix and WiFi and sing along microphone with speakers my niece and my sisters sing a song there favorite religious song and my father like to watch movies in Netflix during our stay we had so much fun , my son pick the master bedroom cuz it’s wide space , some other rooms also are comfortable to stay and most of bed rooms had air conditioning which it’s good and plus they had wide dining area which is they had set up of placemat already in there dining table , that we used it most often of our stay , we are total of 14 people renting two nights plus one dog of my sister is with us during our stay of that big house., most of it who stay with us are my own family , my son , my father , my sister , my brothers and nephews and my neice, I had disable nephew that I brought there while I’m on vacation and he was happy he got to see us and we bond together as a family on that big house we rented at and the dining had two big Electrict stand fans which is good we can open the door in one bedroom closed to the kitchen area to make cooler in the whole dining area we are fine of it , and plus they had wide space of kitchen we cooked most our favorite food to eat they had a lot of kitchen gadgets that we used it a lot for cooking like kittle , rice cooker , pans plenty of dinner plates , soup bowls, glasses and etc. they give us a two big sized gallons of purified water 💩 I can can say wow ! Nice big house with 4 bedrooms in a convenient and safe location

Very big landed house with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms situated in a safe and convenient area. We are impressed and wonder how they managed to keep such a big house so clean that we couldnt even find any dust. The best part was we had the whole house by ourselves. Rosie the property manager stays next door who is always available and standing by to assist us. The house is within mins walk to a big mall and jollibeans. House owner's cousin Ronald is a very thoughtful and honest man. We are very grateful to him for driving us around and the assistance and attention he had given to my parents and relatives. We will definitely stay there again when my family next visit manila. Many thanks to house owner Rafael for your swift reply to our queries; Ronald for your very kind assistance throughout our stay in philippine and Rosie for always being there to help us.

It's not as nice as the posted pictures. It's an old house with worn out rooms, bathrooms and othe

On day of check in we came into a very hot living room with no aircon but with 2 fans. Only the bedrooms have aircons. Water pressure was slow/low couldnt go up the shower we used buckets instead. The shared bathroom didnt drain well our feet were soaked while taking a bathh. Have to use the ground floor to take a bath. There was very poor air circulation in the living and dining room cannot open the windows because mosquitoes would get in as well as smoke from cars from the street. Its an old house with worn out rooms and amenities. Not a comfortable place to stay. Would not recommend it.

Beautiful Home, Exceeded our expectations.

When we first arrived to this home and the gate was opened. Everyone had a look of amazement and said,"Wow, this house is so big. The inside was immaculate, and met my mother-n-laws approval:-). All the rooms were large and all had air conditioning and all three bathrooms had hot showers. That is a big plus when visiting the Philippinnes. There is Wifi and satellite TV, so I was able to keep up with the current events in the US and most importantly the NBA playoffs. I watched them in the morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying breakfast. Overall, this was a great choice for us.
