House Rules:
1. No Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or in any indoor common areas.
2. No Pets Allowed:
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside the condo at any time.
3. No Parties or Events:
Please respect the building and neighbors—no parties, loud gatherings, or events.
4. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
5. Registered Guests Only:
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Respect for Property:
Please treat the space and furnishings with care. Any damages or missing items may result in additional charges.
7. Building Rules:
Guests must comply with all building rules and regulations, including any posted in common areas or shared facilities.
8. Key / Fob Return:
Fobs must be returned at check-out. Lost or unreturned items may incur a $200 replacement fee.
