Situated in beautiful Victoria Park, The Otis is your thoughtfully designed & decorated hide-away, right in the oldest Park in Kitchener. Queen Victoria Park is one of Kitchener's most alluring attractions. Steps away from food, drinks, and tons of activities.

Whether you are here for the many events right here in the Park, or simply visiting & wandering around the town, there is SO much to enjoy no matter your purpose!

Queen Victoria Park is the oldest park in Kitchener. It is situated on a gorgeous lake where you can walk the many trails throughout the park & waterways - with stunning views of the famous Iron Bridge that stretches across the lake, beautiful flower gardens, and of course the wonderful Geese & Swans that float along the lake. The park has a huge playground for little ones, a splash pad in the hot summer months, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, an ice skating rink in the cold winter months, tons of events held right in the Park such as the famous yearly Multicultural Festival or even Ribfest, plus SO MUCH MORE!!

Victoria Park Pavillion Banquet Hall is also situated in Victoria Park where there are many weddings and concerts held.

The Otis

This little unit was AMAZING!!! Not only do I highly recommend it but I would DEFINITELY return again. Perfectly designed, cozy and everything was very clean. Perfect size for a family of 4 (2 younger kids) Neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. There is a beautiful park with a large pond, ducks, huge trees and really nice scenery, less than a min walking distance. Even my kids were impressed. They felt very comfortable and didn’t want to leave in the end. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

From check-in to check-out we couldn't be happier. Kristy was professional and helpful from the get-go. The property is clean and has everything you could need. We were attending a wedding, and I needed an iron and ironing board. We had been travelling, so needed to do laundry, and washer/dryer there with cleaning pods. We wanted to save cost and eat at 'home', and we didn't lack for anything to do that. The bedsheets are super white, perfectly pristine, and soft. I slept every night deeper and longer than I do at home. Our teenage daughter was able to have her own room, and the little deck out front was agreeable to enjoying a morning coffee. Parking is just out back of the house. You go right through the front door, so it feels like your 'own' little house. You can hear footsteps of people above, but this is a house, not a concrete apartment, so to be expected and personally, I find it a homey sound. The bed is squeaky, but it didn't keep us from getting a good sleep and it certainly didn't affect the comfort of the bed. Overall just a terrific set-up and will book there again next time we're in KW.

The Otis was a wonderful little apartment. It was neat and clean, the bed was comfortable and the nearby park with patio restaurant on a little lake was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
