Topsail Island is one of the few dog-friendly beaches around—dogs are welcome on the beach anytime, as long as they're leashed, making it a true paradise for pet lovers.
Four of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, TVs, and tasteful coastal décor, creating serene spaces to relax after a day in the sun. Two of the king bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. The fifth bedroom – the bunk room – is a hit with kids and teens, complete with a twin-over-queen bunk, TV, books, games and an arcade game for hours of entertainment.
The heart of the home features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, ideal for family gatherings, shared meals, and game nights. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, while the comfortable living room invites you to kick back and unwind. This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide a valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests who are not related must be 30 years old, and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management; no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. No cats or other pets except dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each. If the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**
