What a wonderful place to stay !!!

This was our third year visiting this wonderful property that is perfect for families - the layout and proximity to the beach are just perfect and the house had everything we needed- check-in was super easy and responses to any questions were very prompt - we are booking again for next year already !

Literally with your feet in the water

Great place if you love the sea like we do. Very nice house and the beds were great which is not always a given. For sure a place we will book again

Will be back!

Love how close the beach is to the back porch! Another huge plus is the convenient shower to wash off before heading inside the house. The house is very spacious open with lots of views love the additional deck up top so you can wake up and also enjoy the view even on the second floor. we will be back host was very responsive. We had Melissa and she was great and very quick to respond

Fun Break

Perfect house for a quick spring break trip with the family. House has a great deck to watch sunrise, super comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax at night. Beach is less than 25 steps and a few stairs out the back door, which makes it so easy if you need to run back and grab something. Will definitely come back, as we love Topsail!

Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Seashore Retreat. The house was pristine and the beds were so comfy! We couldn't ask for a better location right on the beach with our own access from the house!! When we arrived there was only one very small Mr. Coffee machine and we knew that wasn't going to work for 12 people so I called the office and in a few short hours they brought us a brand new Keurig. All that to say, the host was wonderful to work with. We're already booked to come back next year!!

Excellent vacation home for large family gathering.

This home was a perfect location and setup for our family reunion. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for children and adults to have plenty of room and privacy, and space to be together. The house is clean, well-maintained, and is just steps from the beach. We would definitely rent this location again, and also recommend Betsy as a host.

Great Location / House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SeaShore Retreat. Our host provided all the necessary information prior to our arrival. When we arrived, house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and then some. Location can not be beat! Close to restaurants, shops, and 30 steps from the beach. We will definitely be back! Highly Recommend this place!

Much needed getaway

My brother and sister-in-law and I were looking for a relaxing beachfront property to bring our dogs to and let them run and play after losing our mother unexpectedly and this place was the perfect find - big kitchen and porches that had gates made our stay just perfect ! And our property manager was extremely helpful and friendly — would highly recommend this beautiful property !

Great levels

This property is great for families with kids. All the cousins bunked upstairs while the adults have private suites downstairs. The upstairs balcony deck was a favorite spot! Such amazing views. The house was clean and well stocked.

Great House in Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay. The location is super convenient and you cannot beat the view and ease of getting to the beach/water. The setup of the house is really nice with 4 bedrooms on the main floor, with 2 full bathrooms and then an upstairs loft with an additional bedroom and full bathroom; so there’s lots of space. The back porch is fully enclosed so it was safe to let our dog come and go from the house without worry of her running off. Melissa, our local contact, was very responsive and quick to act on the few small issues we encountered. Very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again if the circumstances work themselves out.

Best beach house ever!

I almost don't want to say how awesome this place (and the owner) was because I want it all to myself for next time! This is the best beach house we've ever rented (and we go to the beach a couple times a year every year). The location is great, the house was perfect for our family, there was plenty of parking for our trucks and you just can't beat the back porch view and your own personal beach just a few stairs away. We will definitely be back!

Great beach house

The layout was perfect for us. The bunk bed room is upstairs alone. The main floor has two bedrooms on each side with bathrooms in between. We did not hear anything from our side. The house was clean. Porches were perfect. Both shady, lower one huge and upper one cozy. It is shame they have to tether the chairs so tightly that they can't be arranged - especially upstairs where the chairs should be more centered for view purposes. Kitchen was large but needs a new large pot (it's warped badly from being burned), clean potholders (old ones don't appear to be clean), faucet replaced (loose), and newer/reliable fridge.

Great location

The house was practical. Great location. Easy to beach and back to house with little ones. However, the bedrooms on the side closer to wicker had no vents for air conditioner, very hot in there, with babies is not fun! Shower door does not stay closed and toaster was broken. Over all very nice place, would definitely go again.

This is our second year staying at this property. It works well for our family of 5 adults, ranging in age from 35 to 89! The bedrooms are comfortable and there are multiple places inside and out to gather or be solitary. The home is nicely stocked with "start-up" items. Bring a 9x13 dish, if you need one - we were surprised there was not one. Also, there was a blender but it was not on the listing so we brought our own.
