This stunning 1,500+ sq. ft. penthouse loft combines modern design with historic charm, offering a truly one-of-a-kind stay in a converted 1914 warehouse. As the only water-facing penthouse in the building, you'll enjoy panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the iconic Space Needle, and the vibrant downtown skyline from two private balconies.
Located in the highly sought-after Belltown neighborhood, you're just steps from Seattleâs most renowned attractionsâincluding the world-famous Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the Seattle Waterfront, and cruise ship terminals. Whether you're in town for sightseeing, a special occasion, or a pre-cruise stay, this loft puts you right at the center of it all.
Inside the Loft:
Designed with an eclectic modern aesthetic, the interior features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and carefully curated furnishings that blend comfort with character. The open layout includes a cozy lounge area, a dining space perfect for meals or remote work, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
Sleeping accommodations include a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a semi-private lofted sleeping area with a queen bedâproviding ample room for up to four guests.

âąThis is a very secure, private residence within a quiet, architecturally significant 5-story building.
âąGuests will have access to one assigned parking space in the buildingâs garage (please note the space is tight and best suited for compact to mid-size vehicles).
âąThe building does not have a pool, doorman, gym, or shared amenities, which helps maintain the quiet, residential atmosphere.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
