Deux téléviseurs HD avec cùble premium, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des planchers de bois franc, la salle de bain est nouvellement peinte avec du carrelage.

Le bùtiment a une terrasse sur le toit avec une VUE PANORAMIQUE sur Puget Sound et les montagnes olympiques! Il y a des tables, des chaises et un barbecue. Vous pouvez savourer un repas en sirotant votre verre de vin ou profiter d'une tasse de café le matin tout en surplombant l'eau. Everything was in great condition. The host was very attentive and responsive. It was a great experience overall. Rooms were equipped with white noise machines so my sleep was better than at home!

Gayle and Toni? were very welcoming and accomodating. Home was clean and had anything you might need in all rooms. It was loud but earplugs were provided as promised in description. Our grandson really loved the pool and we were within walking distance to most destinations. We made several comments about things needing attention and Gayle was very receptive and committed to addressing them. Recommended.

You couldn't ask for a better location than this condo. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, the waterfront, ferries, bars, etc. We particularly loved the little Italian restaurant around the corner, La Vita e Bella.The host and her friend who assisted with our check in to the condo, and with parking, were excellent communicators, really friendly, and happy to help with anything. The condo was super clean.The only real negative is something beyond the host's control; trash pickup some days as early as 4am!

Absolutely perfect location! Easy walk to Pike Street Market & Space Needle! Parked the car & walked everywhere! Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast from Macrina Bakery (downstairs)!! It is in a great location plenty to do all around the area. It is a little tight in the condo for six people, but four people would be very comfortable. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace each morning.

We stayed here after flying into Seattle and awaiting our cruise. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and sight see. On the fourth floor and was able to see the Norwegian cruise ship from the bedroom and living room. Close enough to walk to the port if you had very minimal luggage but would suggest an Uber. Nicely decorated and clean. No issues.

We had a wonderful stay! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We appreciated the mattress pad and sleeper sofa for our child to sleep on and the pack-n-play for our toddler. It had been a hotter than normal week and the portable A/C unit and many fans helped a lot, plus it provided nice white noise to cover the city noise. The included earplugs were a nice touch but none of us found them to be necessary. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful. We loved being within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place, the Macrina Bakery, and lots of restaurants. We took advantage of the indoor pool which was nice and warm, and the courtyard was so peaceful. The hostess who let us in and gave us a tour was so sweet and helpful. The entire property was beautiful and clean. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. And the complimentary bottle of wine was so sweet! Our only feedback was that the shower faucet was a little tricky and the bathroom sink could use repaired/replaced. But we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle and we would love to return again someday!

This place was amazing! If you’re struggling with trying to decide you can stop here! Parking for the car that we didn’t need. Walkable to EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE we wanted to go. Great recommendations from host. Comfortable beds. She had ear plains for us but we never needed them. Will definitely stay here if we’re in Seattle again!

It was clean and well kept up; the building is old and has hvac equipment in the apt. The management was great at helping us deal with our delayed inbound flight and the need to get into the rental to get ready for a party we needed to attend. There were several calls back and forth due to our delay and Gayle answered each of them and came up with a solution. We were grateful for her flexability.

My family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. We could walk to most places and the bakery downstairs was perfect for breakfast every morning. Gayle was very communicative and welcoming! It felt like staying in a friend’s home!

July 4th getaway

The location is great! It’s walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and so many great restaurants. Communication about checking in was fantastic, Gayle was super helpful and responsive to all questions. The roof top patio is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were very comfortable. Being in the heart of the city, it’s a noisy area. I am used to typical city noise, but I would say this particular spot is not typical. There is a nightclub across the street, frequent loud noises that almost sound like car crashes through the night. There are earplugs available which are definitely needed. We walked around in a group which felt safe enough but I would not walk in the neighborhood alone.

Location!

Fantastic location, amazing communication with Gayle, and the condo is exactly as described. Gayle provided every detail for a seamless check-in. She also greeted us at the condo to help us get in the first time and show us a few tips about the condo. We had 4 adults and one teenager with us during our stay. Plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Gayle’s recommendations for restaurants were spot on. It was an easy walk to all things Seattle. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend Gayle’s rental!
