Kevin's Rustic Cabin was just as described - charming, welcoming, rustic & updated in all the right places, and squeeky clean. The kitchen was incredible. The bed was comfy. The view of the farm from the porch where we drank our coffee was beautiful and relaxing. Check-in and out was super easy. Kevin was a great host. Highly recommend!

Super secluded and special place to unwind and disconnect. We really enjoyed the proximity to Owensboro. The hosts were very friendly and helpful during our stay and made us feel at home. Furnishings were all very comfortable. Lots of room to roam and enjoy.

Definitely the best Vrbo we have stayed in the Owensboro area. We love that it was pet friendly although we didn't have a pet at the time. My family was able to bring their pet with them to visit us. Comfortable clean and fun. I loved the details that the host had for decorations and for our personal use.

Property as described rustic with all modern amenities plenty of room yet cozy and warm atmosphere. Kevin our host was great and left us feeling like family. Highly recommend this little Gem. Can’t wait to return this fall.

If you’re looking for a place that feels like stepping back in time without sacrificing comfort, this cabin is an absolute gem.From the moment I pulled onto the property, we were captivated by the peaceful setting, rolling farmland, historic barns, and the authentic character of the 1800s cabin. The craftsmanship and history of the cabin have been beautifully preserved, while modern amenities make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The combination of rustic charm and thoughtful updates was perfect.One of my favorite parts was sitting on the porch and deck, taking in the views and enjoying the quiet Kentucky countryside. The historic tobacco barn, smokehouse, and farm buildings create an atmosphere that feels straight out of a history book. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and full of character.The location is ideal for anyone wanting to experience rural Kentucky while still being close to Owensboro, local bourbon attractions like Green River, and area restaurants and the top BBQ in the US. The hosts have created something truly special here. This was more than a place to stay. It was an experience. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. If you appreciate history, beautiful scenery, and a peaceful getaway, don’t hesitate to book this cabin.

The cabin was beautiful, roomy, and an excellent stay. We would definitely look to stay with at this place and area anytime we are in the area. Clean, quiet, scenic, and enjoyable location. Most excellent.
