We enjoyed our stay! The complimentary coffee, tea, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch. Everything was clean and as described. It is within walking distance of both the red and green lines so it was easy for our family of 6 to get into the city. Communication was great. We would stay here again!

Really nice apartment. There was 4 in our party and there was ample room. Great location if you are going to the Shedd Aquarium or the Field Museum, a 20-30 minute walk (the walk is easy). Also just a few block east of Chinatown and Koreatown (Great restaurants). Only issue we had was there were no towels when we arrived, quick call to the host and that was fixed.

Easy walk to McCrmick Place. The host was very responsive and attended our needs immediately. Traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids for a volleyball tournament made it convenient and comfortable.

Excellent host! The unit was clean, conveniently located and the service and amenities were nice. I appreciated the onsite gym, close proximity to the convention center and onsite garage parking.

Great stay - close to McCormack Place. Chess Records on the next block. Great big windows with a great view. Can see White Sox stadium from the window. Close to a lot of things. Everything looks as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Living room and kitchen were both great. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again.

We didn’t have towels when we got to our room. The host told us they would be delivered, and when we returned home for the night there still were no towels. Went down to the lobby as asked security to get us some. He gave them to us in a trash bag… also would recommend a better parking system due to being on the located on a Main Street. It was difficult parking on the street to go inside to the parking key and then crossing through traffic. Otherwise I loved our stay and the views we had from our room!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and we felt secure in the building. After we left we realized my son's wallet was missing and we determined it had fallen between the couch cushions. I contacted the host immediately and they were able to locate it and ship it to us. No complaints. We will definitely see if the space is available the next time we are in Chicago.

The host provided great details and was very helpful answering lots of questions for me before arriving which was nice. We were attending an event at Soldiers Field. We were able to walk from this location which was our main objective. The apartment was very nice, small but nice. The only thing that was disappointing is that despite being a two bedroom two bath apartment, there is no master suite.

The “host” is an employee rep for several units in the building. They had no authority fix issues, or so it seemed. Our room was 79 degrees and very stuffy. The Ac didn't work at all. We had a lot of back and forth on and night two they brought in a portable unit which was too small to make a difference. While they had other units in the building, they were unwilling to allow us to move. The outlets in one of the bedrooms didn't work and the place was beat up. Blinds were broken and missing parts. No one in the building seems to speak English. It presents as a luxury stay but far from it. Scratchy towels, workout room dirty and unkempt. Much better value elsewhere. I would not stay here again.
