Located in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood but within walking distance to the excitement of the shops and restaurants in downtown East Tawas. We are less than a mile from the beach and pier on Lake Huron & less than a mile to Lake Tawas. Both have public beach and boat ramp access. Boats are welcome to park in the driveway.

This is the perfect getaway to relax after a day at the lake, or shopping downtown.

Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 fully updated bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and a third bedroom/sunroom has a full bed.

The fenced backyard features a large deck with patio furniture, fire pit and a relaxing atmosphere. There are bicycles (2 adult and 1 child) and folding chairs available to guests.

The home has been updated throughout with new appliances, granite countertops, modern lighting, comfortable furniture, and wood laminate floors. We wanted to be sure it felt like home so we added amenities like a smart TV with Roku, coffee maker, blender, toaster, washer and dryer, and central AC.
