The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area is a great place to eat and chat, the living room is cozy, and the balcony is spacious.

Bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the island in the centre is the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer and dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

The common bathroom includes a bath is also ensuite for guests to use. High-Speed Internet is also available.

*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date. ID is required for building registration.

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
