• No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is permitted on balconies only with doors/windows closed and proper disposal of cigarette/cigar butts.
• Please wash and put away any dishes used, or load them into the dishwasher before departure.
• Check out is at 11:00 am
• Dispose of all food items from the fridge, freezer, and pantry at the end of your stay.
• Do not rearrange furniture. If moved, kindly return it to its original position.
• Do not remove any items from the unit.
• Before departure, please ensure no garbage, recycling, dirty dishes, food, or personal items are left behind.
