The Space:

Welcome to The Terra Haus—a modern-boho sanctuary designed for groups and families seeking comfort, style, and connection in the heart of Durham. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this thoughtfully curated home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably.



The layout includes:

3 serene king bedrooms, each with plush memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, and cozy touches

1 custom-designed bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin XL bunk beds (sleeps 4), complete with reading lights and soft linens perfect for kids or adults

The open-concept living space invites relaxation with a deep green modular sectional, vegan leather swivel chairs, a 55” Smart TV, and board games for group fun. The dining area features a beautiful 10-person oak-toned table ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or remote work.



The fully stocked kitchen includes:

Stainless steel cookware and ceramic dinnerware

Parking:

The driveway is located at the front of the home and can fit up to four vehicles. No more than 4 vehicles max allowed.

Entry:

Self check-in is available via a secure coded keyless entry system, so you can arrive at your convenience.

Bike & Walk: While Durham is car-friendly, many nearby parks, cafes, and shops are just a short drive or bike ride away.

Other Things to Note:

The back of the home is located off a main road, so you may hear occasional traffic noise, particularly during peak hours.

A noise monitoring device is installed inside to ensure respectful guest behavior and neighborhood compliance. It does not record conversations—only volume levels.

We ask all guests to be mindful of quiet hours and treat the home and neighbors with respect. This helps us continue to offer a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone.

Absolutely no parties

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
