Full access to the resort and all the amenities with reservation of the house

*-Pool Heat / SPA: rental

$50 per day,
$150 per 7 days
$250 per 15 days.

When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF.
Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions.
This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

*- HOUSE RULES :
Parties and pets are not allowed on this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply.

*- PARKING :
Each home is limited to 5 guest passes only, for parking,The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. Any additional vehicles will have to look for visitor parking spots.

*- FIREWORKS :
Fireworks are not allowed.

*-THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY:
We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

*-PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) :
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

*-FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

*-HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

*-GARBAGE:
Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.

*-RENTAL AGREEMENTS:
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM (Arrival time from 4PM).
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (Departure time until 10AM).
Minimum age: 21 years old or over

This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

•We allow pets but we have an extra fee for cover the cleaning for the pets, this has a cost of 100$ for all the stay

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. • If you have any inconvenient please notify us at your earliest convenience.

• Check-In is at 4:00pm – Check-Out is at 10:00am. If you need to do late check out please request within 24 hours and if it’s possible we will arrange it. If you need to do an early check in this has an extra of 50$ at 12pm

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

We DON'T PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS.

Handyman service from 10 am to 7pm

Additional rules

- Check-out is at 10:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )

**It has an additional cost of $50 USD up to 1:00 pm which is the latest time for checkout. **

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.
