800 ferme amoureusement restauré en conservant les détails originaux. Situé dans la campagne Lucchese, prÚs de la maison de maßtre, mais totalement indépendante, est entourée d'un grand jardin ombragé d'oliviers, des oliviers, des vignes et des vergers, terrain de soccer, tennis de table et un parking couvert.
La cuisine et la salle Ă  manger ouverte sur une grande vĂ©randa oĂč vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et le jardin avec gazebo, contrĂŽler les activitĂ©s des enfants.

Rez de chaussée: trois grandes chambres communicantes dans lesquelles ont été obtenus deux espaces de vie, à la fois avec cheminée, et une grande cuisine / salle à manger; une chambre à deux lits, une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire (accÚs direct à l'extérieur, adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite), dégustation de vins d'angle.

Overall, the property is beautiful

The Villa was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great addition. The towels, however we’re all very old and dirty, with stains, so we’re the shower curtains. The check-in process was ok. Check out was great and quick.

Beautiful villa and gardens

This was a gorgeous villa with stunning garden and lovely big pool. We appreciated the pool toys Lorenzo gave us and had a lot of fun with them, particularly the penguin! We stayed here with 3 generations of our family and it was perfect. So much space. Also loved having an outside eating area which we used every night, enjoying meals and chatting together.

This is an amazing Villa with a great pool, close to a local village with pharmacy, bakery and lovely local restaurants, be sure to book as they are very popular. Great location to visit Florence, Pizza and Lucca. If you visit in August check out the Puccini festival open air opera opera. We would definitely go back and stay. You do need a car.

Wonderful gem in Tuscany

Lorenzo and Siliva could not have been more helpful and gracious. The Villa is beautiful and homey and provided our group with the perfect spot to visit many different towns in the region. We also used the chef service provided by Lorenzo and had the most amazing time learning to cook and then eat. It was One of our top meals during our Italian vacation. Tranquil, well-located, and immaculately maintained property

We spent three weeks at Villa Niccolai in June 2017 and could not have been more pleased with the experience. There were nine of us (representing three generations of our family), and the house amply accommodated us. The Ronchi family are wonderful hosts - they were gracious, helpful, and responsive. The home is spacious and airy and clean. The grounds are spectacular and pleasantly fragrant. The setting overall is tranquil and feels like an oasis, but we were still close to the main highway, grocery stores, and tourist sites (like Pisa, Florence, etc.) We took many day-trips from the train station in Altopascio, which was about a 10-15 minute drive from the villa. Our small children loved swimming every afternoon in the large, clean pool, which we found quite refreshing given the strength of the Tuscan sun. Stay here: You will not regret it. We are so thankful for our time at Villa Niccolai and for the memories made that that we will enjoy for the rest of our lives.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette belle propriété. La maison est bien décorée et agréable à vivre. Le jardin est entretenu tous les jours et la piscine est grande et bien exposée.

La villa est excellent, le jardin un vrai parc des vacances de luxe.

La villa est spacieux, bien agencé et trÚs confortable. Le jardin est trÚs grand, trÚs bien entretenu et un vrai parc privé. La piscine est grande également bien entretenue avec des relaxes confortables et un abri soit sous la tonnelle soit les grand arbres à cÎté pour ceux qui craignent le soleil. Large terrasse bien agencée et barbecue à cÎté. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire soucieux à assurer que nous étions bien installés. Des vacances formidables.

Very nice house & domain

Been there with 8 friends. Friendly owners, clean and spacious house, all necessery tools & items available. Lovely garden & large beautiful swimming pool with enough chairs/lounge. Close to Lucca and a bakery/shops on a short 5-10 min drive.

Capodanno indimenticabile!

Siamo un gruppo di amici di 10 persone e abbiamo soggiornato a Capodanno nella bellissima villa Niccolai. Silvia Ăš stata gentilissima sin dall'inizio, ci ha accolto calorosamente con 2 bottiglie di vino e ci ha mostrato la casa e il giardino. La casa Ăš molto grande, ci sono due piani, ha 4 bagni, 3 camere matrimoniali e 2 camere singole, una cucina open space con un grande tavolo per 12 persone e per finire 1 zona soggiorno con divano, poltrone e smart tv e una zona degustazione vini. Ogni camera Ăš particolare a suo modo, alcune sono piĂč luminose altre meno, perĂČ sono tutte molto belle e ben arredate. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema, la casa ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere dei piacevoli giorni! La casa Ăš circondata da un giardino immenso con tanti alberi, ulivi, un vigneto, una piscina e un piccolo campo da calcetto. Ă© stato un peccato non aver potuto utilizzare la bellissima piscina, per questo contiamo di tornare un weekend estivo per completare l'opera! Grazie per la bellissima e indimenticabile esperienza! La posizione della casa Ăš adatta a visitare la bellissima Firenze (circa 1 ora) e Pisa (circa 40 minuti), inoltre ha a 7 minuti la stazione ferroviaria di Altopascio e a 20 quella di San Romano! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di visitare Orentano :(

Tuscan Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children. Wine tasting, learning to make pasta at the villa, and close to many of Italy's sights. The villa was very cozy and the kitchen was a great central hub for everyone to gather and eat or play games. Lorenzo and Silvia were wonderful and attentive hosts. If we are ever in Tuscany again we would definitely book the villa if it is available.

Peaceful Getaway

The Villa was just great for our group of 4 couples. Kitchen was large, we cooked most of our meals on site. We ate both inside and outside. Villa was clean and well kept. Lorenzo our host contacted us daily by text to see how or stay was going. Would highly recommend this Villa. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wonderful stay in Tuscany

Lorenzo and his sister, Silvia were so very helpful. They always checked in with us each day by text. They were very responsive whenever we needed a restaurant or store recommendation. The property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures.

House + Surroundings + Weather = Perfect

It was great!!! We, a family of ten adults and three children, stayed there for two weeks and missed nothing. The house and its garden is as it is shown in the gallery and video. Although we planned a lot of activities at the beginning of our vacation we stayed most of the time in the house as it was so comfortable there. The house offers enough homely places so that one can spend time together or apart. You can either relax or doing sports all at once at the same place. It could not have been better for a group. The landlords had been very kind and supportive. We requested one repairing which was done immediately on the following day. Everything was very clean and well-kept, both the house and the garden including the pool. Although we are sure that the Tuscany restaurant offers a delicious cuisine we loved to cook in "our" kitchen and enjoyed our meal in front of the house looking into the sunset. The bar for the next holidays is raised very high now. :)

Lovely stay

The villa and the garden were marvellous. Due to the extreme heath (for Norwegian people) we loved the shadows under the big trees and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The large swimming pool was frequently used, and our grandchildren loved it. The location was great for day trips in Tuscany. We all loved our stay in Villa Niccolai. Astrid and Per

A beautiful and relaxing stay

We had 12 adults and 2 babies stay at Villa Niccolai to celebrate my Mother’s 60th birthday. From start to finish we did not need to worry about a thing. Even during unseasonably hot weather, the air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool and Lorenzo was only a message away if we needed him. He advised of local recommendations and brought us all grappa after dinner on our first night. We even forgot to purchase rosemary for a recipe we were cooking for dinner and he showed us where it was in the property to pick fresh. The pool was a welcome oasis. The temperature always felt much cooler there and we spent most of our time swimming. The landscaping on the property was lush and meticulously cared for by the gardener each day. We also enjoyed two meals cooked by Graziella from Chef in Tuscany which was recommended by Lorenzo and his sister Silvia. In advance of our trip every question was promptly answered and we felt very comfortable that we were in good hands. My parents are not big travelers and were a bit nervous renting a villa so far from home, but Villa Niccolai could not have been more perfect. The villa is nearby to Lucca, Forte dei Marmi and Florence - all day trips we enjoyed. The local train in Altopascio provided stress free travel into Florence. We hope to return one day!

Gorgeous Tuscan villa

The villa is in a spectacular setting and the villa itself is everything you could hope for. My wife and I went with three other couples, and we loved the location, the quiet solitude, and the villa itself. We used the villa as home base and drove to several locations throughout Tuscany, and even up to the Lamborghini Museum in Sant'Agata. There are beautiful hill towns within easy driving distance. Lucca is very close and Florence is easy to get to, as well. We highly recommend Villa Niccolai.
