Amazing location and place. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean and both bathrooms were very perfect for our large group. Overall 10/10 place for a large group.

Property seems to be newly (and nicely) remodeled. We had 5 adults. Plenty of room. We cooked some meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Really a nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this place. We had four adults and everyone was comfortable. The Host was fastvto respond with any inquiries and was accomodating to us. The property was close to the airport, about 15 to 20 minutes. Highly reccommend.

We have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and very often there is a lot of extra things left in case you forget something. Plan accordingly but Instacart does deliver. The neighborhood was quiet and the back patio was pretty nice… a little propane fireplace would be an excellent addition but it was still nice and relaxing by the little river…If we need a place in the PDX area again I’d book here again.

As the owner, I am very sorry that this happened, I wrote to tech support about this problem. I hope they fix the problem and it won't happen again. There was no conflict in the calendar as soon as the guest texted me, and when I saw it, I had to cancel so that the money would be returned to the guest as soon as possible.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! All the conditions of accommodation and the procedure for paying for cleaning are fully open and reflected in the rules of our house until the moment of booking. Please note that the additional fee was a necessary measure, as there was an unregistered dog in the house. The rules for staying with pets are clearly spelled out in the announcement and require prior approval and special sanitary treatment after departure. We always adhere to the transparency of the terms and conditions and rules of the platform. I wish you all the best!

This place was overall a great spot and we would stay here again with no hesitation! My only improvements would be a bigger coffee maker. Over than than, we loved the amenities and spaciousness of this house. Neighborhood is good for walking, TV and fireplace set up is perfect for movie nights and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was PRISTINELY clean and had comfortable beds. We stayed overnight on a roadtrip to Mt St Helens, and rested well in this quiet neighborhood. The only thing I’d wish for is more visible house address numbers for folks arriving at night. Very nice.

We loved the location: a quiet neighborhood that’s close to many amenities. The house has an updated vibe and the beds were cozy. My only suggestion would be to have a reading bedside lamp, especially in the master bedroom. I had to go out and buy a portable reading light but it was a minor inconvenience that was easily remedied. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We would definitely come back.

The house was suffient for what we needed and was better than a hotel size wise. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The bedrooms need curtains not just blinds to block out light at night. The smaller bedroom with one bed gets a lot light from the neighbors motion sensor light and headlights from another street shine straight into the room on and off and made it hard for the person in the room to sleep. The fluorescent lights everywhere are also quite harsh making the house as whole not super comfortable. The furnishing and decor are minimal. I could see if being a good place for pets but we didn't have any so it lacked comfortable homey feeling. The owner is a great communicator and instructions were clear.

The house is fine. Clean. But it does have a lingering faint smell of stale smoke. Smells like the house was formerly owned by someone who smoked. The walls are quite bare. The pillows were lackluster. The bathrooms were nice. Biggest surprise was the shelf in the living room filled with generic granola bars, soda, Gatorade, and souvenirs, all for purchase via a QR code. Never seen that before. I was also annoyed that the host would it let us use the laundry room as we only stayed two nights…apparently you have to stay three nights to get access to the laundry room. Overall it was ok. A bit pricey, all things considered.
