➢ Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $35 per pet and per stay. Please clean/pickup after your pet

➢ Garage can park up to 2 cars
and Driveway can park additional 2 cars. There is also another 2 cars can be on the street in front of the house.

➢ Please clean the grill after using. Failure to do so may result to cleaning fine charge

➢ Please separate the garbage. Food, lunch boxes, plastic bags and other garbage should be put in the gray trash can, not the recyclable trash can (blue). If found not sorted, fine is $100.

➢ Trash day is on Thursday. Please help us push the trash bins to the curbside on Wednesday and pull them back on Thursday if it's during your stay

➢ Just to inform that our current photos shows the carpet but it is already replaced with hardwood floor.

➢ Please keep the AC setting below 65 in winter and above 74 in summer

➢ Please close the Fence door after use, above and below, or the entire fence may fall due to high wind.

➢ No cable is not available but you can use your own streaming account such as Netflix etc.

Cute, pet friendly home on a peaceful cul-de-sac street with backyard afternoon sun for relaxing. Perfect for a family ‘with pet’ visit in town and close to country club and grocery store. Host professional and responsive. A great stay.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The host provided a Christmas tree - nice touch. The backyard is a good size. We brought our two dogs and they loved the fact that there was a place to exercise.

I stayed at this house 2/5 - 2/19 2026 and had absolutely one of the best hosts, hands down!!I had also stayed at this property in February of 2025.I could NOT find a more perfect location nor a better host. Both were as close to perfect as I have found humanly possible.I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone looking for near perfection!! Ok, maybe I might be exaggerating a little, but not by much.

The place was clean and roomy. Loved having the big table for family games and meals. kitchen had all we needed. Host was very accessible and responded quickly to our questions.

This space was not very clean. The pictures make the house look a lot nicer than it is. The host was quick to respond which was nice. Until this house is updated and cleaned/organized better, I do not believe this house should be rented out. I am VERY disappointed. The host would not refund any of the stay to make things right either. TERRIBLE service.

Great stay in Vancouver

This home was perfect for our group. Spacious, clean, comfy furniture, and well stocked with essentials. Large secure backyard which our pups loved. I made several large family meals in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the large dining table. Owner responded very quickly when we had questions. We will definitely request this property again!

Very receptive hosts!

This was a cute house that perfectly met our needs for the stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament for my daughter and this home was very close to the fields, making it super convenient. The host was responsive to our communications and the house had a nice touch (Christmas tree and decorations during our December stay) and felt like home. The backyard looked really nice - if we are in the area during summer we would definitely consider coming back to this home to enjoy the yard!

Holiday gathering

We spent the christmas holiday in this home. The house was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked for our Christmas dinner. The beds were all very comfortable with quality linens. The owner allowed dogs so we were able to bring furry friends with us. The booking process went smooth and all communications with the owner were answered quickly.

The floors were not clean and the fridge had spilled food on the glass shelves. Our socks and feet were brown from walking on the floors. Also when i wiped up some water of the floor it was dirty.The owner did not respond to my concerns about several emails i received aking for my credit card and another 300 deposit. I did report the suspicious emais to vrbo.

A lovely spot close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The fenced in backyard is a big plus for the fur babies that travel with their humans. We celebrated an early Father’s Day with our daughters and were happy with the spacious home.
