Welcome to KaMilo 121, a spacious and beautifully appointed townhome in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on Hawaiiâs Big Island. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this two-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat blends luxury and island charm with its open-concept layout and soaring ceilings.
Upstairs, youâll find the inviting living and dining areas, a powder room, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Sliding glass doors open to a private lanai with a built-in BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals surrounded by tropical landscaping. This level also features a bedroom with a king bed, TV, and en-suite bath.
Downstairs, the primary suite offers a TV, walk-in closet, spa-like bathroom with separate tub and shower, and a private lanai. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level: one with a queen bed, TV, and lanai, and another with two queen beds, TV, and lanai.
With central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful island-inspired décor, KaMilo 121 provides the perfect home base for your Big Island getaway.
