While the kitchen has plenty of seating , there is also a dining room that can accommodate 9 guests. The living room has cozy and comfortable furnishings and ample space for families or groups. Enjoy the foosball table for a little evening friendly competition. Smart TVs are located throughout the home, so remember those passwords for your own streaming Apps, or BYO Firestick or Roku. Smart TV's all have cable through the Spectrum App as well.

All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages to the property manager before check out. Willful damages are NOT covered.
Check in after 4 pm, and check out before 10 am.
