Just to clarify for future guests, as clearly mentioned in our listing and in our guest communications, pool/spa heat is an optional add-on and can be requested before or during the stay. The hot tub/spa was working properly, but the heating feature had not been requested for this reservation. We would have been happy to assist right away if we had been contacted during the stay.
