Cette maison de deux étages, quatre chambres à coucher et trois salles de bain est située directement sur la plage. La cuisine ouverte avec des appareils modernes en acier inoxydable et une grande cuisine de l'��le, des comptoirs en marbre et un ventilateur de plafond pour faciliter la préparation des repas. Le salon spacieux est lumineux et aéré et arbore un ventilateur de plafond, des doubles portes en verre et des fenêtres sur toute la longueur de cette demeure, ainsi qu'un pont arrière aux proportions g��néreuses en bord de mer pour une vue magnifique sur l'océan! Nichée dans la beauté sereine de l'île d'Amelia, cette maison saura plaire à toute la famille. Deux chambres sont situées au niveau inférieur et deux au niveau principal. Les draps sont fournis pour vous, il vous suffit d'apporter une serviette de plage.

The home was awesome. The views from the house and deck were beautiful. Nicely renovated, the house was very comfortable for our family of four.

We stayed in this beachfront house for a girls’ trip and loved it! The living room was large with lots of comfortable seating and we especially liked the game table. The ocean views from inside the unit were stellar. Recommend renting beach chairs, cooler, umbrella from VayK. Be sure to bring your own beach towels. Fernandina Beach is incredibly wide with great shelling and miles of sand for walking. We would love to come back with our kids/grandchildren. The island is perfect for families. Don’t miss the shopping in the historic downtown. It was our first trip to Amelia Island and we’d definitely come back!

This home is simply beautiful! Right in the beach with a private walkway to the ocean! Complete with a spacious deck to enjoy morning coffee and happy hour cocktails! The beach motif decor is perfect!

The beachfront access and ocean views were absolutely breathtaking — easily the highlight of our stay and such a memorable experience.However, the unit itself needs some attention. The upstairs beds are quite uncomfortable, and the pillows throughout feel worn and should be replaced. The dishwasher is in rough condition and could use a deep clean or replacement.For a week-long stay, the starter supplies (paper towels, dish soap, detergent) were very minimal — providing a bit more for longer stays would be a nice touch. We also found some lawn chairs on property but they were very rusty, which felt like a safety concern and should be replaced if intended for use. The upstairs bathroom fan doesn’t work well and likely needs maintenance. More importantly, there appears to be black mold in the downstairs primary bathroom that should be addressed promptly.With some updates and better upkeep, this property could truly match its incredible location.

Nice Spot

Beautiful water views. Clean. Large space for gathering inside and out. Like many seaside homes, showing a little wear on the outside areas. A bit light in kitchen supplies (we do a lot of home cooking). Overall, a very nice stay.

Location, location, location!

While the property itself left some to be desired, the location and beach access more than made up for it. The property was clean and comfortable with more than enough space for our family of six adults and two kids. It could, however, use some small touches to make it feel more like home, such as providing beach towels and equipment and more than just a starter pack of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.

Slice of Paradise!

Loved! Loved! Loved! Family vacation for 7 adults and one infant.The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, yet still come together in the beautiful open living and dining room area. The beach was amazing and felt like we had it all to ourselves. We didn't want our week to end. Felt like a home away from home.

Good stay

The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2019 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance event. Normally I stay in a hotel but this year I booked this home along with another beach home for 17 friends and I. This home served our purpose well by being near the event activities and as well as local spots. My only complaint was that there were no liens included which to be fair is mentioned in their description of course. If this were an added feature this home would receive 5 stars from my group and I.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beach house! The house is so cute and the owner has supplied it with everything you need. We loved the covered area to grill and hangout in the evenings. Location is excellent and it has so much room for a big family. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

An amazing get away house!!!

This house is so beautiful and even closer to the ocean then the pictures look. The front room has large doors that open so it feels like you are sitting just off the beach even when you are inside. With 3 full baths and 4 nice size rooms it was perfect for 10 people (2 families of 5). It is only a very short walk down the beach to a main street area with ice cream, restaurants and shops so I never had to got in my car once over our 5 day stay, we just walked to dinner or to got shopping. I am really hoping to stay at this home again in the near future, we LOVED it!!! (we realized when we arrived home we forgot our two comfy reclining zero gravity beach chairs...so please when you stay at this house enjoy them on us...ooops lol )

Great house right on the beach!

Lovely home that's steps away from beach. Great large living room area, roomy, well-stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to come back!
