This beautiful 875 square foot 2-bedroom condo is ideal for a couple, group of friends, or a family with kids. The mezzanine offers a high-quality Queen-size bed with a private bathroom. On the main floor, there is a second bedroom with 2-single beds and a private bathroom. The living room has a 2-place sofa bed in front of a lovely gas fireplace. The full-sized kitchen provides everything required to prepare a delightful home-cooked meal, while the generous family room opens onto a large balcony with BBQ. This residence is air-conditioned and has a smart TV and high-speed internet access. Lastly, there is private storage for sporting equipment, skis, and bikes.

The Condo is in a prime location and super convenient for all sorts of activities; skiing, hiking, running, cycling, or simply chilling by the fireplace over a magnificent view. The Condo has one Queen bed, two single beds, and two full bathrooms. In the living room, there is a pull-up double bed sofa. Therefore, the unit can easily sleep a family of 6, including kids, or a maximum of 5 adults. The kitchen is full size with all five appliances and equipped with everything to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Smoking, pets, parties or events are NOT allowed on the property.

The unit is 3 km from the pedestrian village and ski slopes, it takes less than 5 min by car, or you can get to enjoy a beautiful 35-min walk during the summer. For the ski fans, parking P2 has direct access to the ski lift.
