We had to enter a scorpion infested pool shack to turn on the heat, as such we did not use the pool or hot tub and left the property promptly after our first sleep

At this price point I expect better. Years of deferred maintenance are on display here. The carpet might be the worst of it. All four guest bedrooms on the first floor exhibit carpet that was probably white twenty years ago. It now has years of traffic pattern wear and staining throughout. It was also not recently vacuumed prior to our arrival. The front bedroom had multiple dead/desiccated crickets on the carpet. It is not even close to acceptable. The lights under the porte cochere do not work. You will be entering and exiting your vehicle in the dark should you choose to park there. The light over the breakfast table in the kitchen has been removed? Not a problem during the day but difficult to use at night. The pool light does not work. Ownership is aware and have provided eight three inch led light pucks in lieu of the proper pool light. I guess someone assumed it was my job to go and distribute these about the pool deck to provide lighting. The clothes washer does not work.Although there are two Sub-Zero refrigerators and a Kitchenaid ice-maker none of these three appliances will make ice. Ownership is also aware of this. There is actually a label on the ice-maker that says parts are on order. By the condition of the label is appears it has been there for some time.The waterline tile at the pool is falling off and there was algae on the walls.The fire pit in the backyard is not operational. I had to reset the lanscape there. No one is paying attention.
