Modern House Mtn & City Views-Randonnée dans Back Yard-Salle de divertissement pour les groupes !!

Profitez de cette belle maison contemporaine de 5 400 pi2 située près de Piestewa Peak Mountain-anciennement connu sous le nom de Squaw Peak. Sauvegarde à la montagne conserve donc beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée. Regardez le coucher de soleil magnifique avec vue sur la ville tout en vous relaxant dans le jacuzzi sur le patio avant élevé.
Cette maison est la retraite d'entreprise ou de famille / ami ultime. S'il vous plaît pas de fêtes sauvages à l'extérieur parce que je veux respecter mes voisins. La maison est très bien construite donc j'encourage la musique forte et les voix à l'intérieur.
Idéalement situé près de l'autoroute 51 et à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville.
La maison est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire: mobilier neuf, moquette, linge de maison, serviettes de toilette, articles de toilette, commodités, vaisselle, wi-fi, câble, ESPN, etc. Je suis prêt à aller au-dessus et au-delà pour vous! Booked this house for myself and 10 of my friends. It was awesome.The house is massive, it accommodated everyone for sleeping. The rooms were all very clean.For us the backyard was where we spent most of our time. You've got mountain views right in the backyard. If you want, you can leave and go hiking from the back gate. The pool was chilly, but it was refreshing after being in the sun. The backyard putting course was fun to play on too.The kitchen and cooking space was perfect for the amount of people we had. We wish there was something that said what they already had, like coffee and condiments. We ended up buying more of that and didn't use any of it.The house is a bit out of the way, especially if you're looking to go into Scottsdale for the evening, about a 20-30 minute drive, but you want an awesome private house, pool, backyard and mountains, this house is amazing.Because of the strict neighbourhood noise policy, after 10PM we had to be very quiet or go to the basement, but the basement was a great party spot with a bunch of games.The sunsets from the hot tub and sun rise on the trails were amazing.The host was super nice and very responsive. They answered any and all questions we had and was very accommodating.I would 100% stay here again, but because it's pretty expensive, I wouldn't do it unless I had a large group with me.Thanks again for letting us stay.

Great stay and a great host. Highly recommend, you won’t regret. If you do choose to stay, there are few good trails about 10/15 min away from the house.

Glad to hear you guys enjoyed your stay! If you ever return -just wanted to let you know there are beautiful trails directly out the backyard gate. You are correct though...there are a lot of great hikes also nearby.

Wonderful family stay

We booked the house for a funeral/family reunion and had nothing short of a marvelous time. Everything was as described, and Carla was the perfect host. Phoenix guys trip

Had a great stay. The house is inviting, well located and very peaceful. I think the views from the back porch are underrated! We enjoyed relaxing and hiking from this home to the surrounding areas. Carla is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house!

Plenty of room for a group of 16, there was a need to keep the noise level down because of the canyon and close neighbors. Would not be appropriate for loud groups, but very enjoyable for our family of mostly adults.

Perfect for our family reunion

Fifteen family members gathered for a cousins reunion. The house is beautiful with great views from all balconies and rooms. We hiked everday directly from the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other essentials. We enjoyed the game room too. We will come back.

Annual Guys Trip

The house was great for a large group of friends to spend some time together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool area especially during a hot summer. Downstairs served as a great man cave to hang out watching sports with plenty of bar style games to entertain. The property is at the base of a moderately difficult hike which we took to the summit. The view was incredible overlooking all of Phoenix. All around a great stay and highly recommended.

Great Home with Something for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Carla was very prompt and easy to work with. The home had lots of room for our large group and many ways to have fun. The only flaw to me seemed to be a lack of seating in the main floor living space and that the bath towels might be ready to be replaced. Obviously, neither of these things are a make or break. We had a great time & enjoyed the home.

Great large scale AZ rental property

Very nice place that can handle a large group. We had a family milestone birthday with 14 people including children. Everyone had a very nice time. The backyard is great, looks straight out at the mountains. House was clean and was in good order. Homeowner was quick to reply and went above and beyond (even handled a request via Amazon while we were there). We were able to coordinate the house being decorated for the birthday party prior to arrival.
