Natural light fills the living room, where cozy seating invites you to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. The adjacent dining space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.



With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 7 and offers both privacy and flexibility for families or small groups. The first floor features one bedroom with a queen sized bed and private en suite bath. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with King sized bed and en suite bath. Also on second floor, you will find one one bedroom with a queen sized bed with private bathroom and an additional bedroom that doubles as a Pilates studio with a twin sized bed and private en suite bath.



But the real star of this home is the outdoor living space. The large patio is a private retreat made for long, lazy afternoons and evenings under the stars. Fire up the Blackstone grill for a casual cookout, lounge in the shade with a drink in hand, or catch the game or a movie on the outdoor TV—all in a comfortable, coastal setting designed for memory-making.



When you're ready to explore, hop on one of the four included adult bikes and cruise to nearby restaurants, shops, and the public beach access just minutes away. Prefer to ride in style? A golf cart rental is available to make getting around even easier.

Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.

-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations

-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures

PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It’s a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**
