Downtown Estes Park apartment. Located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, Lumpy Ridge Brewing Company, and the Taffy Shop. Parking is first come first serve; parking behind the building in parking lot. Additional parking behind buildings and up the hill if need be. Trash dumpster located behind the building as well.



Guest Access:

Self-check in. Instructions available via email from PMI Travel before arrival date.

Fun location right in the middle of Estes Park! We loved being steps away from the River Walk and all of the restaurants and shops that Estes Park has to offer! The location was set up very nice and had board games and other personal touches that made it a great place to stay. There was some noise from the bar across the street on the weekend - but my kids didn't notice it in their bedroom. We had some issues with communication but they eventually got back to us. All-in-all it was a super fun place to stay and we would consider staying there again!

Great long weekend

Great location right downtown. Not the most luxurious property but clean and functional with an excellent location. The restaurant on the corner had excellent food.

Fun Hideout!

It was exactly as promised. Great location on Estes Park main street. Walked to shops, dinner, and dessert daily. Enjoyed coffee in morning in the kitchen.

Great location

It was the perfect location, right downtown. We walked everywhere. It was spacious, quiet, clean and very cute. It was great to have laundry right within the condo. We will stay again here.

The apartment was great. Loved the location in the heart of downtown. The windows did a great job cutting out the street noise. Simple check in & out process.

Poor information on reservation made on line.

Nothing mentioned on line about not getting place to stay unless going through VRBO. Rude property manager. Property itself was enjoyable but information on charges very misleading. Not a good experience.
