Channelview 111 is a gorgeous channel front condo, equipped for the ultimate island vacation. Wide open living area with wrap-around windows to enjoy the best channel views on the island! The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Channelview is perfectly located in Port Aransas right on the Intercoastal Waterway with a community fishing pier and heated community pool. Just a short drive to the beach. After fishing all day, take your catch to one of the local downtown restaurants just minutes away. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- This condo does not have elevator access. Guest must be able to climb one flight of stairs.
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
