Standard Cancellation: Reservations are non-refundable. However, cancellations made more than 60 days in advance may be eligible for credit toward a future stay, upon request.
Covid-19 Policy: Full refunds are issued only if the U.S. Virgin Islands are under an official no-travel mandate. Guests who test positive or face restrictions in their own region are not eligible for refunds.
Weather Policy: In the event of a hurricane or severe tropical storm, guests currently at the property will be asked to vacate and refunded for unused nights. Upcoming reservations during the threat will be refunded or rescheduled.
