The home is thoughtfully designed with two bedrooms on each side for privacy and comfort. On the left wing, one bedroom features three twin beds—ideal for kids or guests—while the other offers a cozy queen bed. These rooms share a convenient full bathroom.

On the right side, one bedroom is furnished with both a queen and a twin bed, and the other includes two full beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom, making the layout perfect for families or groups.

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! Unfortunately, this property does not accommodate pets. Also:
1) This property is elevated, and stairs are required to access the front door.
2) The beach is a ten-minute walk from the front door.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
