Cette maison se trouve sur un acre avec une vue de face fabuleuse 2e à aucun dans la région. Moderne mais rustique comme une maison de montagne devrait l'être. Chambre principale avec lit king size, foyer, télévision, lits superposés, terrasse face à la montagne avec table de café et chaises. 2 chambres supplémentaires récemment rénovées avec lits queen, chacune avec un Pak and Go disponible pour les bébés. Salle de bain complète à l'étage et en bas. Matelas pneumatique queen pour le salon. Le salon a une cheminée, un poêle à granules, une télévision LCD 46 'avec Directv et un lecteur DVD Blu-ray ainsi que tous les nouveaux meubles en cuir. Wi-Fi pour utiliser votre ordinateur portable, votre tablette, votre téléphone ou diffuser des films gratuits. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Table de pique-nique surdimensionnée de 10 pieds pour les repas en plein air. Gril à gaz. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et regardez le monde passer tandis que les cerfs, les ours, les marmottes, les tamias, les coyotes, les geais bleus et les lapins se promènent / volent en vous observant.

À quelques pas de la ville et de nombreuses possibilités de jouer et de profiter des grands espaces. Une promenade de 10 à 15 minutes vous place au cœur de Lake City où vous pourrez dîner, faire du shopping, aller au théâtre, jouer dans le parc ou profiter du culte dans l'une des 4 églises. De nombreux événements locaux comme le bingo et des promenades historiques guidées vous attendent.

Certaines des meilleures routes à 4 roues motrices de l'état attendent votre exploration. L'Alpine Loop est l'une des routes les plus pittoresques de l'État. Environ 1/2 mile pour démarrer Alpine Loop. Peut conduire des VTT de la cabine vers et autour de Alpine Loop. Le col Slumgullion à Creede est à tomber pour la beauté à l'automne pour le visionnement d'Aspen, pas que ce ne soit pas merveilleux en été. Les VTT et les vélos de piste ont des possibilités infinies de voir de nouveaux endroits.

Si le lac San Cristobal est trop grand pour vous, il existe une multitude de petits lacs pour faire de la randonnée pour tester vos prouesses de pêche, ou tout simplement pour profiter en pique-niquant.

The best house with the best views!

We love staying at this house. It has the best porch and the most hospitable owners. We have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed it each time. It’s clean, homey, fully stocked with everything you could possibly needed and a great location close to town.

This is my 3rd time to stay at this property for a summer vacation and you will be hard pressed to find a better host, cabin location and view! This cabin has everything you need for an enjoyable time in one of the prettiest places! 10/10 recommend!

Great location in lake city

Great host and location, place is fully stocked with all you would need for a long stay! Driveway is a bit steep on one side if parking multiple trailers, better to come in from the top of the hill with trailers!

Awesome location

The view was amazing. We loved how we could see the wildlife right out the back door, yet we 10 minute walk into town. We were able to ride our side by side from our front door to the trails every day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect week in Lake City

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this cabin and I plan on many more stays here. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Close to town with trailer parking for your atv’s. Easy check in and communication with owners was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lake city cabin.

We loved our stay. The house was great, stocked with anything you might need. We hand fed and petted the mule deer that came right up to the house. Lake City is very friendly and has a variety of gift shops and restaurants. It was truly the best vacation I’ve had in a long time. We all hated to leave.

Fabulous Cabin Stay

A group of 5 of us came out to explore the Alpine Loop and hide away in the mountains! This was a beautiful cabin and perfect location to get off and on trails and be away from the city hustle and bustle. We didn’t even ask for the WI FI Password. Nature, small town, house was well equipped, would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Colorado! Thanks Dan

We loved Bear Bungalow and the owner! Everything was great. The porch has one of the best views in town. Unobstructed views of the mountains. The photos don’t really show how cozy and comfortable it is. We plan on a return trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we could walk to the grocery store, and nearby coffee shop and Several really great places. There were deer and marmots everywhere. The kids loved the fire pit and watching wildlife. I could just live there!!!

Private , but close to town.

We Enjoyed the location. You can drive or walk 10 or 15 minutes to the bakery / Grocery store or town. WE had regular visits from 3 bucks daily. They looked up at us on the porch. Bring food only. The house has everything you need such as games, abundant kitchen ware, coffee pots, gas grill, firepit etc. We loved our stay. Porch is fenced with a gate if you have a child or dog.

Love Lake City!

We loved this house from the moment we walked in!! It worked perfectly for the 5 of us. It was incredibly well apportioned, everything we needed was on site; just bring your clothes and food. An easy walk into town and, especially, the Lake City Bakery!! The neighborhood was quite and wildlife sightings from the deck were abundant. Just a note, it was NO issue for us, that all 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with 1 full bath and a full bath on the first floor.

Rustic cabin close to numerous OHV trails

We had a great stay at this rustic cabin, and Dan, the owner was easy to reach and quick to discuss any minor issues we had. But I would advise if you are truly looking for something that sleeps 14+ I would not choose this cabin. While it does state it will sleep a large group I think it would only sleep 8 comfortably. There is an air mattress on site and a sofa but it isnt a sleeper sofa. Theres

Very happy. Lots of wild life but no bears. Unusually hot week in Lake City and wished for better ventilation. Needs proper window fans. Not just box fans. If it was normal hemps wouldn’t have been a problem. Also house needs a bigger trash can. With family of 8 hard to squeeze our trash in

Fantastic Place and terrific Location!

Lake City has been our family mountain destination for years (4 Gen now). Having stayed at another location previously, we decided to try something new - something better. We were not disappointed!This cabin is perfect! One can tell that much thought was put into equipping the cabin with anything (not food of course) the guests might need. Contrary to our previous host, it was completely unnecessary for us to bring extra utensils, laundry soap and other household day-to-day necessities. Plenty of plates and silverware saved having to wash dishes after each meal.We travelled with 20 months old and an almost four-year-old. The front deck was secured with a gate to the steps, making it perfect for the children to play safely.We will definitely want to stay there again in the future. Lastly, I forgot to mention, the wildlife is fun to watch, and the cabin location is VERY quiet. Distance to town is within a nice walking distance............AND, the fire pit is a great place for smores and family stories.......Give them a try on if your plans are to visit the area!

Dog Heaven

Few properties allow large dogs and this was the reason for us choosing this cabin. Our Great Dane and Lab truly enjoyed their stay, especially since they could hang out on the large deck unleashed provided there is a gate to keep them contained. They loved watching deer and marmots everyday from the deck and did a little afternoon sun bathing too. The stairs leading up to the bedrooms were a little slippery and awkward for our Great Dane but he mastered them by the end of our stay. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need, well stocked. Shower was pleasant will ample hot water. Master bed was comfortable with an awesome Mountain View from the balcony. The fire pit seemed nice but we did not use due to bear activity in the evening. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I spent my childhood summers in the A-frame cabin just up the hill, so this property reminded me of the many rock forts and tree tee-pee’s built. The owner Dan was exceptionally responsive and a pleasure. Would certainly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with your pups. Comfortable cabin with a great view

The cabin was as described. It had everything you might need, especially in the kitchen. With great views of the surrounding mountains. We were there to ride our ATV’s in the Alpine Loop area. The cabin is located within the areas you are allowed to ride them in Lake City. Overall, a great comfortable place to stay.

Retired 'Papa' and Grandma of six kids and ten grand-kids. Papa is a retired Denver Public Schools administrator and Grandma is retiree . All our kids virtually grew up spending their summers in Lake City living in this home and have gone on to successful careers in Colorado and each still gets to the cabin several times a year. My new grand-kids sitting in front of the fireplace giggling make it all worth while. Many happy memories of all seasons for our family at this wonderful home away from home. I hope you'll leave with family memories of your own.

Room to spread out without neighbors right on top of you. Comfortable walking and biking distance to town and all it's amenities. ATV access to Alpine Loop and plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles.
