Grand et accueillant condo à trois niveaux avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, plus un immense loft de couchage avec lit double, canapé, causeuse, foyer et immense TV LCD! 12 personnes confortablement. Cette unité est l'une des plus grandes de Lake City qui est capable d'accueillir deux familles confortablement, pour beaucoup moins que ce à quoi vous vous attendez. Il est situé dans une communauté exclusive de Covenanted sur Slumgullion Creek (foyer juste à côté du ruisseau!) et est à seulement 100 mètres de l'accès public au lac San Cristobal.

Le niveau principal a le salon, une grande cuisine mise à jour, une salle de bain complète et deux chambres privées, chacune avec lits queen. Le niveau inférieur a une suite parentale et salle de bain, laveuse / sécheuse et chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits jumeaux. Le niveau supérieur est le loft confortable avec lit double, TV LCD 55 "avec DirecTV, foyer au gaz, canapé, causeuse et chaise et une petite table à manger. Service Wifi puissant adapté au streaming.

Roulez sur l'Alpine Loop directement depuis le condo sans avoir à rouler. Et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer vos remorques.

Relaxation and riding trails

We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were very nice. We brought side x sides and spent most of our time on the trail system. There are a lot of stairs involved in our unit so keep that in mind. Combine it with the altitude and it can war on you.

Wonderful stay on the lake

We had a fantastic time at this charming condo. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed… and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated access to canoes and the lovely fire pit next to the creek. The owners/property managers were great to work with, and they contacted us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was great.. and it was!

The DeLoch property in Lake City is fantastic. It had all the amenities we needed with quick access to the Alpine Loop. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This condo was great, and had everything we needed! Our grandkids loved going to the creek. It is literally right there. It’s closer than I thought it would be from the description. I loved my early morning walks to the lake. The view is gorgeous, and if you go down the road early in the morning you can see the mountain reflecting in the lake!! The bunk room was perfect for kids! We were there first week in June- so peaceful! Loved our time here!

Great Family Getaway!

The property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This is a great stay for multiple groups of family members because of the multi levels. We really loved it! The kitchen was a perfect community center. We had family dinners every night. The upstairs got a little hot, but it was pretty warm weather during our stay, and it was just a family room, so no one had to sleep up there. We would stay here again.

It was a great stay. The place was very clean and organized. My children love the pool, it was situated in the right area with everything around it that you would need. The only problem I had was at the ice maker did not work. It was frosted over so we could not use that. But other than that it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it and I would book with them again. I was very pleased and happy

Great property, great location! The only reason I didn't give an overall score of 5 stars was because the oven and washing machine didn't work properly. Im sure they are easy fixes and will be fixed in no time! Highly recommend staying here.
