5 private Bedrooms 3 king and 2 Queen beds and a huge sleeper sofa in the upstairs living. Every bedroom and living area is equipped with a ceiling fans, the master bed bed upstairs has an ac and the two living areas also have ac.

The upstairs is a standalone one bedroom apartment, with kitchen, dining, bathroom, washer, dryer, bedroom and living area. Large balcony to watch the day go by.

The down stairs features an amazing covered deck to look over the parks and enjoy jetty and ocean glimpses. If your visiting in the winter, the downstairs is heated by a huge gas log fire, just one button and your soaking in the ambience of a wood fire. The down stairs features four double bedrooms and one bathroom another kitchen, dining and living area

The backyard, features a large secure lawned area for the children to play. There is numerous fruit trees, you are welcome to sample the fruit. A porta cot is provided in the home free of charge, (no linen is available, guest to provide linen).


There is a second very small . Guest House on the large property that is separate and does not interact with the main home. The guest house is attached to the main residence by an external varahdah. The guest house has its own entrance and yard. Both residences have completely separate entrances and no communal areas. Guests will have complete privacy and uninterrupted use of the home.
