The two properties are both secluded on a large site (more than 7 acres) but both within a 5-min walk between sites.

Woodland Hideaway: Nestled a quarter mile off the road and with 5 acres of woods behind it, this charming farm house is secluded in nature and great gathering spot for a large family or get together. The home can easily accommodate up to 8 adults plus features an adorable kids bedroom/play area for a young child. A large number of outdoor gathering spots, featuring 3 different deck/porch areas, outdoor firepit and separate games area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful woodland hideaway retreat. Sleeping: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 1 Twin Bed. Largest bedroom features a King size bed (and attached bath); two other bedrooms on main level and each feature a Queen Size bed. Upstairs in the main Living Area is a bonus Full Size Bed; and off of Upstairs Living Room is a Children's Room which features a twin bed. One bathroom off of Main Floor Living Room; Second bathroom off of largest bedroom (includes a large tub and shower).

Glamping Music city is a unique and fun glamping compound, which features main cabin with full kitchen, dining, laundry, family room, plus 1 bed (Queen) and 2 full bathrooms. The separate glamping cabins each feature a queen bed, mini fridge and bistro set for indoor/outdoor dining. All encompassed in a large and private setting with a fire pit, outdoor seating area and hot tub! All 3 beds are Queen Size. One bathroom is off the main living area in the Main Cabin; second bathroom is off of the bedroom in the Mian Cabin. Sleeping Cabins have no bathroom/water.

House Rules:
1) No large parties
2) Max occupancy is 20 people during the day and 15 at night; maximum number of cars allowed is 8. The property is designed for families traveling or meeting for family reunions and holidays. We are not designed for wedding events or wedding receptions or large events of any kind and thus these types of events are not allowed.
3) Please be respectful of neighbors and no loud noises after 10pm.
4) We allow cats or dogs but please no more than two dogs per booking and there is a pet fee per animal. No dogs over 80 pounds allowed.
