Welcome to Riverbend Ranch house! 4.5 acres in a quiet neighborhood just 25 min outside of Nashville. Over 500 ft of private beach frontage on the scenic Harpeth River surrounded by a large bluff. The large back yard offers beautiful views year round with lots of activities like bird/eagle watching, fishing, kayaking/tubing and relaxing in the sun. Pitch a beach chair and spend your days looking for shells and splashing in the water. Enjoy fireflies and music of owls and frogs in the summer evenings.

It was absolutely perfect for our family with kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax after long days exploring the area.One of our favorite parts was the river. The kids spent so much time playing, exploring, and enjoying nature. And at night they loved watching the fireflies light up the yard it became such a special memory for our family.If you enjoy nature, the bird watching here is top notch. Every morning we loved sitting outside with coffee listening to the birds and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The attention to detail is on point.This home truly gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, family fun, and outdoor beauty. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Waking up having coffee on the patio listening to the hummingbirds right above my head, birds down below singing as they go from feeder to feeder. Going down to the rock beach was incredible! We saw turtles, a beaver and a Canada geese family playing right there in the little vortex of a small rapid. That's just the outside! Inside we played one of the MANY family games on offer in the hall closet. Best night we've had as a family in a long time. No phones, just playing games- priceless. The house is decorated so well; very comfortable, cozy, warm and modern - and an invitation to relax, have fun and enjoy the space. I will stay again FOR SURE!

family get together

Good location to get away, house was very clean and had all of the amenities, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was decorated cute and the beds were comfortable. Outside space was perfect. They thought of everything that a visitor would want to enjoy their stay. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful

We were very impressed with the property and house, very well stocked. Only problem we had was the refrigerator, no water or ice in the door. But we made it fine. We would stay there again.

Nashville Family Visit - Awesome RiverBend Ranch!

Made a quick trip to Nashville to attend our grand niece's high school graduation. We found the RiverBend Ranch and we are so glad we did! The home is amazing! The view of the Harpeth River from the deck was incredible and very relaxing. It was a great place to sit for our morning coffee and to watch the many birds that visited the bird feeders. Our family also enjoyed an evening on the deck with the fire pit after the graduation ceremony. The Ranch is a great place to relax and to visit. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. Communications with Britton were excellent. He was very quick to respond to all correspondence. We can't wait to return and hope to be able to stay much longer than a quick weekend!

Beautiful property that was exactly as listed with no details left unplanned. Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the river. Back deck was perfect for relaxing. A perfect place for a quiet get away. We hope to be back again next time we are in the area.

This place was great! We love that the house was well stocked with games, beach chairs, fire pit and so much more. The back deck was nice and shady and close enough to the river you could watch people float by. We even met a furry friend that would stop by around cocktail hour and hang out. If you like to float this is the house to rent. It was so nice to be able to off load right at the house after a day on the river. Host was very accommodating for us and always responded quickly when messaged with questions.
