The entire home has been fully restored and prepared for your visit. You will have full access to the entire, fully fenced property (with the exception of a locked owner's closet in Bedroom #3). With access to covered parking, even your car will get to relax in the shade.... almost poolside.

-Aside from a single step up into the family room, the home is single level.

-The home has a strict 8-person capacity, each additional unapproved guest will result in a $100 per person per night fee.
-Quiet time after 10 p.m.
-Please do not put anything into the fireplaces, they are not functional.
-You can bring one dog with prior approval and an additional $200 fee.
-There is a $500 fee for ANY smoking on the property (this includes all substances/types).
