Deux chambres à coucher: King in master, deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre et canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Condo a une cheminée électrique. L'occupation maximale est de 8 personnes.

Great Place in Hunt!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property sits atop a hill with amazing views of the countryside. It is quiet and secluded but close enough to Kerrville if you need to run to town for anything.

Wonderful Family-friendly Hill Country Retreat

We had a great time here. It does have more of a hotel feel, but still a great property with a fun recreation center and a great pool.

We loved it! This place is a hidden jewel

We were an extended family of four and absolutely loved it! The heated pool was perfect for our April visit, as was the hot tub. The walking trails were just wonderful and we had them all to ourselves in the mornings. Ingram was a lovely little town. We especially enjoyed the beautiful river access, the wildlife and beautiful driveway into the property! The "Hill Country" is the most beautiful part of Texas I've seen yet...

Amazing getaway for our family of 5!!

We were so impressed with this resort, the condo, the property - we love to relax but also to be pretty active, and we could do it all - plenty of hiking trails on the property, the pools were amazing, everything was insanely clean and well kept, the staff was so very helpful - the condo had everything we needed during our stay - we will definitely be back!!

Great location in the Hill Country

Our ladies group enjoys traveling somewhere fun during the summer. We chose this because it appeared to be what would work for our group. We had a great time. The pool area was very nice and the condo worked for our 6. We enjoyed Kerrville, Ingram, and Fredericksburg. Found a fun spot in Ingram: JoAnne Marie and Me. Thanks for a great week.

A Nice Stay

It was clean, pool was beautiful! Friendly staff. Quiet. It is a great place to go stay-in, cook, swim, play outdoor games, and visit the river. It is a bit out by itself. 45 minutes from Fredericksburg. I would visit again just for the resort but if you are planning on doing wine tours or shopping you will want to book closer to Fredericksburg. If you are booking this for the pool you need to call the resort and make sure you are booked close. I only sent a message and it was not received.

Beautiful property and location

The property was beautiful and as pictured. Very clean. The condo was nice and the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well! The pool was very nice. The grounds keepers were very friendly and helped us move umbrellas at the pool. The property was in a very beautiful part of the Hill country. Very peaceful, serene and quiet. Highly recommend! We absolutely would stay here again! This particular condo is right across from the pool. Perfect! At check-in only one person working and she was very busy. We were not aware that the kayaking was an extra cost. So just a heads up on that. Not a big deal but that was not disclosed. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and and the location!! Kerrville is nearby and lots of wineries nearby.

Amazing Getaway with Family

This property is absolutely stunning!!! The check-in was quick, easy and receptionist was so helpful going over the layout of property, what amenities are open, how to make reservation for pool (during Covid), local swimming areas and restaurants. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more. Super spacious for our family with three kids. We really enjoyed them providing pool towels. Washer and dryer was a great surprise! We were able to make a pool reservation and it is spectacular!!! Kids loved the water slide. We did stay during Covid so the recreation center was closed but, we can't wait to return to enjoy their pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and bar with fireplace. As suggested by front desk we did go to Schumacher Crossing and at first it was a little strange to swim near freeway however, it was so clean and clear and the waterfalls made for some amazing vacation photos! I know this is a property review however, I have to mention two other suggestions for your stay...please stop for breakfast at Hunter House Cafe! It's like walking into grandma's house and everything was to die for. Also, visit Hunt Store, amazing meats to cook or enjoy their restaurant!!! Ms. Jan the owner was excellent. She provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions quickly. We will be back! Thanks!

Reservation Canceled without Communication

Horrible experience! Our reservation was canceled without us being notified, apparently a "natural disaster" due to Covid and lacking staff caused our unit to be closed, and NO NOTIFICAION. We even continued to receive confirmation updated leading up to our stay, driving 6 hours with kids, to only learn upon arrival that we had no room. To make it worse, nothing was offered to help us find an alternative solution. AWFUL and NO CONSIDERATION

Bachelorette Party Stay

Perfect sleeping situation!! Great hosts and the resort is BEAUTIFUL!! 10/10 with location, amenities, cleanliness, space, and staff! Only complaint is the kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, spices, coffee more specifically) were very limited. Recommend you bring your own! Says it sleeps 8. We ended up having 6 people total so it was perfect. If you have several adults, the beds in the 2nd room were only fulls so if you have 8 people you may want to bring air mattresses as well. Overall great experience!! Would totally stay again,

It was just "ok"

Some things that you would normally find in a VBRO condo-like trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. were not there. The A/C in the bedrooms was not adequate while the A/C den was freezing. Tough at night when everyone was sleeping.

Beautiful place, however the listing says it’s 25 minutes from Fredericksburg- and it’s actually an hour away.

Family get away

This property was beautiful, but no much to do the pool is nice but a lot of rules no eating or snacking .. also the max limit it 2 hours and closes at five would not recommend this place if you want to be in the pool all day . Also their was a centipede in one or the beds super scary considering it was my one year olds bed. Not much to do very much like a hotel but other than that it was good .

Quiet spot in the Hill Country

The facilities are clean, the view from the pool is beautiful, the staff friendly. My only complaint is that the response to the COVID-19 restrictions appeared inequitable. We 100% agree with the need to modify access to reduce the spread of the virus. We visited with the hope of using the pool, given the fact that we have very young children. The rules stated that we should text our pool time request at 8 am. We did this on the dot every morning and only got an appropriate time slot once in the week we stayed. It seemed bizarre that all the afternoon slots would be taken within a hand full of seconds after 8 am. I have no idea the reason, but feel that an improved system is required or a full disclosure on the specific restrictions. We would not have come if we knew access would be limited to one visit to the pool in the afternoon after naps and the morning routine.
