This unit is very comfortable for up to 6 people (4 adults maximum), there are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. We also have a crib if needed. Large closets and plenty of room for suitcases. This apartment has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!

The building is located IN FRONT of the sea! The building also has a large swimming pool and from there you have access to the quiet beaches (you don't need to cross the avenue to get to the beach). You can also use the gym and walk in the gardens. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor and a mini market that also delivers food to both your apartment and the pool.

The area is very nice and quiet and just minutes away from excellent restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment centers. The closest well-known and chic shopping center is the Aventura Mall.
